    I started kickboxing 2weeks ago. I have that freaking pinching in my hips. So I hope this helps. Did your 15min stretching routine. Was rlly nice.

    Came to this video from your 15 minute stretch video. Really helpful for me, as I get really bad hip pinch on my right side, making your other stretching video difficult for me.
