    In my experience its low level sport that has higher risk of injury than high level. Because everyone is charging around with excessive force and horrific technique.

    I am doing the stretches for a while now and I can see the improvement, the only thing that I struggle with is with the seated box splits, how do you stretch your back that far, do you also have video where you can improve that stretch?

      Honestly it’s just time in the position above everything else. That might just be an area that you are genetically tight / not flexible in. Keep consistent with it, the mobility will come.

    Been at this almost 2 weeks now I got a MMA fight July 27th against a wrestler, definitely using leg kicks lmao I won my last won tho

      Best of luck in your bout Josh. Using the leg kicks to take away the mobility of a wrestler is a solid strategy. Just be aware of them trying to Ankle Pick you as you kick. Set the kicks ups with hands and use lateral movement to make it difficult for them to set up their shots.

    Only solution I think that can work is to pair the watch with a chest tracker. The watch will be useful for running, biking and swimming activities. When rolling or during kickboxing activities, I would leave the watch nearby and leave the chest strap to do the job.

    I keep on stressing that I think I might have CTE. I’ve only done MMA sparring for about three times now and I’ve done boxing sparring four times. I’ve been doing MMA for 11 weeks. I keep on thinking I have CTe because I noticed that I’m getting a bunch of headaches every day. Do you think I might have it?

      Hey, I am no Doctor, so I really couldn't tell you. But generally speaking CTE is something that shows up later in life as a result of hard sparring. If you are getting regular headaches, that could be a sign of concussion, and possibly not allowing yourself to properly recover from it before your next sparring session. But could also be something completely unrelated such as not being adequately hydrated. As always, any issues or concerns you have with your brain health, you should seek out medical advice from your local doctor.

    my skin under my big toe actually just rips. When I return kicks I usually put a lot of pressure on it by stretching it. Its that small area between the toe and the actual foot. Idk what to do about it because there might be something wrong with how I return my kicks
