I have a question or request. Would you like to show how to learn one arm handstand but with weak straddle. I mean with less flexibility in hips. Many athlests can hold one arm handstand, yeah it's not perfect form, but it's possible, so maybe you can show technical aspects how to deal with it. Many coaches shows static or dynamic elements in calisthenics but only with perfect mobility, yeah it simpler to do OAHS with perfect straddle, but sometimes we should practice with worse technic and later improve it than try doing something in perfect technic but never get this goal. Thanks in advanced
Ooo this looks like a fun little supplementary drill to try! I’ll try tomorrow for my training. Only floating the feet off though so I don’t hurt myself lol Thanks as always!
Thanks for the video. I am going to try this. I don't have the balance for a free standing press to handstand, so I have been practicing handstand holds in a hallway and practicing handstand pushups while inverted in my homemade yoga sling. I am thinking of using the band asisst to work on balance, but doing it in my hallway. What do you think ?
Been loving your uploads Paul. One thing I wonder recently is: do you think it is helpful or detrimental to practice on unstable floors like carpet or turf?
thanks for the frequent video releases. they are all very useful.
Many thanks!
Cool! I'll give it a try

Progress will be more rapid on such surfaces. It's like running barefoot on sand - harder than running on a rubber surface with shoes on.
