It's hard to grasp what "elite" truly means without comparison. Nate's a great example of the 90th percentile, and Karlos is the 99th percentile. The difference is enormous.
Nate is the 99th percentile. Karlos doesn't fit on a percentile scale. He's a singularity. The difference between Karlos and Nate is greater than the difference between Nate and regular people, and Nate is easily stronger than 99% of people (he might be actually closer to 99.9%). 99.9th percentile may sound like a lot but what it means is one out of 10,000 people. Karlos Nassar is one out of billions.

It took me a while to understand that even Sika Strength guys are way way above average, that a normal person will never see numbers close to theirs. This really gives some sort of yard stick. That there's multiple levels of good and great, beyond average dreams.
mafia henchman? and why should he look like a poor imbecile? point one in Bulgaria the "mafia henchmen" are all 140 kg and 2 meter troglodytes, point two Karlos looks and is a very simple boy, not huge without a bad face, you watch too many movies and play too much PlayStation, that boy is not even Bulgarian, he is half so stop it, idiot
Super cool! For people who've never tried to snatch, it's the most technically challenging lift. Snatching these numbers is just wild
Thanks!
We’ve come full circle to 1996 Adidas, the peak of Big Friday aesthetic
lol the MOGGER got his aaassss MOGGED! Good effort Nate. Once in lifetime opportunity there to train with a champion
It's hard to grasp what "elite" truly means without comparison. Nate's a great example of the 90th percentile, and Karlos is the 99th percentile. The difference is enormous.
bro i don’t think 1 out of 10 male weightlifters are hitting a 320 total
Nate is the 99th percentile. Karlos doesn't fit on a percentile scale. He's a singularity. The difference between Karlos and Nate is greater than the difference between Nate and regular people, and Nate is easily stronger than 99% of people (he might be actually closer to 99.9%).
99.9th percentile may sound like a lot but what it means is one out of 10,000 people. Karlos Nassar is one out of billions.
This was such a fun video! And Karlos is actually a really funny guy, it's nice to see his personality more
Oh dayum! So happy Nate is making it as an editor! Loved his content he was making and great to see him team up with WH!
A very entertaining video! And a great view on how far away true excellence is for us mere mortals.
Epic video! Great work Nate! Karlos a legend ❤
Not every lifter is that shredded and with body, that beautiful as karlos....we have to admit it...he has very good formed muscles and visible muscle density....godbless karlos nasar
Great video! Karlos is just a beast. I am proud to be bulgarian and to support him 💪The other guy is also good lifter.
Tbh I was just as impressed by the camera guy. Carlos is built completely different to almost everyone on the planet. So to even come close to a comparative weight even with the different lifts is extremely impressive. I’ve hit the gym my whole life and the idea of lifting 160kg over my head has never even been a consideration
You have very nice body! 💪🐻💪
One of the coolest videos you've ever posted man. This is why I love weightlifting 🔥♥️
And finally, Karlos remains one of the most down-to-earth people to have reached this peak!
That's something I remember!
This was awesome, guys. Props to Karlos for going at it with Nate. Nate you did great - suborned to your channel for about two years now. Keep it up guys!
Браво Карлос, велик си. Един ден когато няма да си на върха в края на твоята кариера аз отново ще съм ти фен.
Успех момче.
Love seeing Nate as the editor/competitor. More vids in the future should include him in them.
Boy Nate really gettin it out here. Very impressive session.
Been watching Nate for A LONG TIME! So excited to see him join WH
I just want to say shoutout to Weightlifting House for helping out Karlos 🙌🏽 He became Olympic champion and didn’t get paid until yesterday along with the rest of the Bulgarian weightlifters! This guy is a national treasure and the government does nothing to support him and even tries to work against him 🤦🏽♂️
Is there an option to donate to Carlos? He should get all recognition and support!! Such a beast. Поздрав од Македонија!!
@ I don’t think he takes donations, but he is living out of sponsorships, I just hate how the government is treating all the athletes, myself included.
I just got the WL itch again…
SICK EDIT BY NATHAN. 🔥
When I found out the video ( Proud Bulgarian here ) , I was just like "there isn't any chance that guy to compete Carlos" . But dude Nate is STRONG ! . Competing WC is something one of a kind . Because of that video , you guys earned me as a follower . I really do hope Nate compete as well , as he have A LOT of potential and stay injury free , as well Carlos . They both have something to show !
Love it!! Fan of Nate’s and now we’ve got all kinds of fun thing happening here!
Awesome to see Nate vs Karlos. Please bring Clarence against an Olympian.
As a long time Nate viewer, incredible to see him in a video like that. He deserves all the success. glad you guys snagged him up!
Great production! Thank you for this video!
This was a fascinating watch. Well done Nate!
These videos are insanely good. Thanks for making them.
This was sooooo good and gives a whole new perspective on just how elite the best of the best truly is! Also, kudos to Nate for always having such a great attitude. This was super cool.
A monster ! Thank you for the incredible video !

Ahhh this is so cool! It's crazy to see Nate go from crushing commercial gyms to battling with Karlos Nasar! The 90s collection is also 🔥🔥🔥
Amazing video love to see some personality from Karlos and how he can pull out sick lifts when not peaked
Beautiful video the content the script and the beauty it was filmed, I appreciate ur work and Karlos so much more now thank you
Nate is moving weights for sure, so nice Karlos is getting coverage, he had his troubles but showed us all, he is The Man !!
