It is impossible to train everything as it would take an obscenely large amount of time. You have to emphasize. I have about 40 goals. And I'm well aware that it will take me years to achieve them. Maybe 10 years or more 💪
I'm progressing torwards my free standing handstand but I'm seeing how to combine that with a ring muscle up. Just need to work out the alchemy on this.
I am exactly in the same situation. What I am doing is 3 45 minute sessions (Mobility+ HS), 2 Ring muscle up 45 min sessions (pull ups, dips, rows, bicep and tricep curls), and one 45 min leg session / week. Sometimes spread over 6 days, more often combining 2 of them and having 4 sessions/week.
@Tioloco88 I've been kinda moving towards something similar but I was hoping there was an easy way to combine everything using the app. I'm lazy like that. The same with cooking: I'll heat it up but if I've gotta cut stuff up and measure I'm looking for menus.
