I love this video. You explained everything so well. I like the drawings and handwriting. Thank you for this. I’m currently trying to figure out what type of dysmenorrhea I might have, since I’m 23 years old (have had periods for 11 years) and everytime I see my OBGYN, she says that everything looks normal. Yet I’m currently in bed in debilitating pain, and I have a family history of fibroids. Oh well, at least multiple naproxens a day and medical cannabis help me for now. My mom and grandmother had fibroids removed, but they tell me not to worry because they were middle aged at the time, and I’m pretty young.

      Thank you! ❤
Dysmenorrhea pain source can be complicated to determine. I am not a gynecologist, but some of my professors said that pregnancy can sometimes solve the problem. Maybe in the future depending on your plans this could be a possibility. 🙂Fibroids can be seen on ultrasound, when there is an uncertainty an MRI of the pelvis can be done. 🙂

Hello! I’m having the same problems as you are and I’m the same age as well, how ironic. Hoping we find an answer soon 😊
