  • I recently went LIVE with @Ryderwear for a Morning Mindfulness + Movement session where we affirmed inwards to set intentions for the workout ahead. Check out some of the BTS along with the workout I took the audience through.
    Here’s the Drill:
    Cardio Conditioning;
    +Choose your rounds: 3 to 6 rounds
    +15 seconds rest between exercises & 60 seconds rest after each round.
    ✖️10 x Push Donkeys
    ✖️10 x V-UPS
    ✖️20 x Ice Skaters
    ✖️10 x Push Ups
    ✖️20 x Plyo Lunges
    ✖️10 x Burpees
    ✖️10 x Inch Worms
    ✖️10 x Seal Ups
    ✖️20 x Butterfly Crunches
