This chef and staff are not playing. I’ve watched a lot of Indian cooking videos but this restaurant and kitchen staff are not playing. The speed and efficiency and output of the chef is probably the best I’ve ever seen. The kitchen set up adds a lot to that efficiency but wow very impressive all around.
Watching him going through the paces is giving me the jitters. And at the end of it all, the customer will have something to complain about. "It wasn't salty enough." "It's too spicy." "It's come cold." Heck this is hard work. Appreciation and respect to the max.
