    * Onion Masala (made with: Onion, Tomato, Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirchu), Ginger, Garlic, Masala Spice powder.
    * Salt
    * Kitchen King Spice
    * Turmeric
    * Garam Masala
    * Red Chili Powder
    * Kastoori Methi
    * Single Cream
    * Makhni Gravy (made with Tomatoes & Cashew Nuts)
    * Water
    * Chopped Green Coriander
    * Melted Butter (Ghee)
    VEG KOLHAPURI RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
    * Vegetable Oil
    * Whole Cumin Seeds
    * Chopped Green Chillies

    * Mix Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Sweetcorn, Green Beans)
    * Onion & Capsicum

    * Onion Gravy (made with Onion & Cashew Nuts)
    * Dried Red Chillies
    * Red Food Colour
    * Chopped Green Coriander

    * Yoghurt

    * Drizzled with Ghee & cooked over tandoor oven.

      Indian restaurants mostly use colouring to get that red coloured takeaway look. However, traditionally the color is due to 'Kashmiri Red Chilli powder' which gives that reddish hue.
      No one uses color at home. Also this is a mostly takeaway gimmic. Authentic Indian restaurants would not be using food color.
      It's a personal choice, I would always refrain.

      Makhni: cook onions (optional), tomatoes, cashews (3 per tomato), masalas (garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, garam, chili, kasuri methi) and grind. He probably has heavy cream in it as well. I add a little amchur as well (for the tangy ness)
      Onion gravy: same as above without the tomatoes.
