I’ve been a Chinese chef for 12 years and this guy is dam messy, the noodles don’t even look remotely appetising. And I will never use my fingers to flavour my food, you are cross contaminating the salt, sugar and msg.
Come to India sometime, you will find Saif working faster than this in Hong's kitchen and the Chinese taste of his cooking cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
