    My girlfriend and I started a workout journey a year ago and i Sent her your videos. She worked out 3 times a week and i worked out 5 times a week.     OMG!!! THANK GOODNESS you finally posted another AT-HOME workout video! These types of videos are really needed right now for everyone who may not have time or who may not want to go to a gym. Can you pleaseeee do a video next to explain about resistance bands and how to use them. There are so many types but no one explains which ones to use for what. What results does each type of resistance band give? How do I know which band to choose? Its confusing to those who are new to using resistance bands. Please help with this🙏. Thanks!!

    I'm doing these before training Legs. Gets alot of blood in there and makes my booty juicy... Makes training Legs waaaaay better with the initial pump. Easier to keep tight in the lifts, and strong.

    The workout was really good. Only 2 things. When you did the but lifts you were doing pulses. I had no idea until the end. 2 heads up on using bands. In the end a great workout. Fab at 51

    Hey ABelle, my right side is stronger than my left. Which means that side is gaining & curving more. Any suggestions on what to do about my left..... I do work that side as hard as I can.

      A lot of people have that I have it to. There Will be always a side that is stronget than the other. But someone else told me the other day other people dont see it it is only you so I dont worry about it so much anymore 🙂

      Increase the reps on the side that isn’t the strongest so for example if you did 30 donkey kicks on the right try and do 40 on the left
