    I did this warm up yesterday before my workout and my glutes are so much sorer than they usually are after glute day. Thanks you girl! You have taken my glute day to the next level!

    Can you do a video on the truth of working out? Like “the real” of what it is... like how long it’ll take to actually see results, diet, you can’t spot reduce fat, etc. And also stuff you wish you knew before starting your journey for us beginners

    ALL OF THESE WITH BANDS
    hip abduction
    banded deadlifts
    banded squats (make sure knees are never going inwards)
    banded side walks
    clam shells (side hip abductors)
    hip thrusts
    kickbacks
    banded squats
    stretch!!

    This is really helpful, I’ve always had trouble activating my glutes. I would do squats, leg press, etc with weights and I would barely feel resistance in my glutes at all. Or I would feel it in my hamstrings and quads rather than my glutes.

      I got resistance bands from Amazon 2. $15...make sure u get non slip ones...had ones that roll up so annoying

      Faika Dally I warm up for 20 mins 10 mins on the treadmill then 10 mins on a stair climber so i feel good about myself 😂

      Asseeya Benitez it depends on your body. I’d say try warming up this much for a month and see if you’re getting desired results. If not increase your warmup time. Or change a few things around.

    Followed this routine today before starting my workout and OMG I have never felt my glutes like this before! In a lot of your videos you mention the importance of going SLOW, and that also made such a hugeee difference, so thank you! Have you had the struggle of glute imbalance? I would love to get some tips/info on how to make one work as hard as the other.

    Can I just say... thank you!!! I’ve been following some of your videos at the gym for the past few weeks but just came across this one and can I just say implementing the resistance band first and doing these glute isolation warmups has totally changed my gym experience! I tried these warmups last night for the first time and I truly felt like I got so much more out of the rest of my main workout. I usually feel it a little bit but the warmups like totally enhanced the workouts and I felt the burn directly in my glutes and I felt the burn so much more right where I wanted it. Thank you thank you thank you!! (p.s. I’ve been working on blocking out creeps at the gym. I will literally be in the corner doing my workouts and someone will come over to the empty room I’m on and sit on the closest possible machine to me and just sit and watch, not even working out. Every time!! Smh...)

    Thanks. I'm 52 and with my disabilities I've lost muscle and glutes. To the point of constantly needing to pull my pants up. I Need something simple to start building muscle back into my back side. 😆 this looks like something I can get into. Even if it's less than you do.

    I absolutely loved this “warmup”! I didn’t consider it as an actual warmup but I did it before my strength glute workout and I loved loved loved the burn I felt in my booty! Those banded deadlifts gave me so much life! SWEAR!!!😆 Will be doing it before every booty workout! Thank you for sharing!

    Floor seated hip abduction (clamshells)
    Definitely Banded Deadlifts (lifting your body weight as well as using the band for resistance)
    Lean Forwards = Body weight Romanian Deadlifts (RDL)
