    I also adhere to intermittent fasting, only eat once a day from 2-4 pm but eat very healthy and well during that window. I also drink steeped green tea with white & rooibos tea in the evening.

      1 hour Before you Eat breakfast , drink a bottle of water and eat breakfast (don’t drink much during eating) , eat your breakfast slow and after you are done with your breakfast drink another bottle of water. Drinking water before and after you eat helps your tummy:)

    Literally the easiest way I lose weight is going for a 45 minute walk 4 days a week. It’s been working.

    I want to share one thing honestly with you guys . It required a lot of mental power than your physical power to loose weight because u don’t get quick results often. I started my exercise routine from March and now it’s June so in 4 months I just lost 3 inches . But m still positive and strong and also thank you for making these videos .
    And pls pls give me more ideas to lose weight

      I found intermittent fasting works very well for me.

      Change your diet to a whole foods diet and strength train. Walking 5-10 k steps a day helps also. Nutrition is key!

    The actual thing happens with me is I starts working out and I don't have the tendency to eat unhealthy food...when I starts to lose weight there comes a break naturally and again I will gain weight...this is happening with me for the last one year and I don't know what to do...but I will never give up😊

    To anybody who might be reading this right now, staying at an optimal weight for our height and build is not for aesthetic reasons, but for quality of life. To be able to walk faster, to go up and down the stairs with ease, to not sweat so much, to have better sleep and more energy. Overall, to be happy. Trust me, as a 24 year old 5'6" female who went from 256 to 153 (and counting down month after month) through homemade meals, exercise & most importantly, _motivation_ , I know how great it feels to be free of all the excess body weight that would have kept me suffering had I not stopped digging my grave with my fork. Dear people of the earth, please please please do it for yourself 😍 whatever your habits are, please quit smoking cigarettes, get rid of excess body weight, quit doing drugs, stop drinking so much alcohol and stay _positive_ for your well being😍😍 Health is wealth and we only have one body to live in, *lifelong* . Let's put things into moderation. Thank you so much for reading up to this point, it shows that you truly care about the two cents a total stranger has about your general health.The internet is full of support and great content. Together, we can do this 💕💐
