I found intermittent fasting works very well for me.
Change your diet to a whole foods diet and strength train. Walking 5-10 k steps a day helps also. Nutrition is key!

To anybody who might be reading this right now, staying at an optimal weight for our height and build is not for aesthetic reasons, but for quality of life. To be able to walk faster, to go up and down the stairs with ease, to not sweat so much, to have better sleep and more energy. Overall, to be happy. Trust me, as a 24 year old 5'6" female who went from 256 to 153 (and counting down month after month) through homemade meals, exercise & most importantly, _motivation_ , I know how great it feels to be free of all the excess body weight that would have kept me suffering had I not stopped digging my grave with my fork. Dear people of the earth, please please please do it for yourself 😍 whatever your habits are, please quit smoking cigarettes, get rid of excess body weight, quit doing drugs, stop drinking so much alcohol and stay _positive_ for your well being😍😍 Health is wealth and we only have one body to live in, *lifelong* . Let's put things into moderation. Thank you so much for reading up to this point, it shows that you truly care about the two cents a total stranger has about your general health.The internet is full of support and great content. I did a simple way of diet and exercise that is
1. Eat only 3 meals a day strictly.
2. If you need you can have any beverages twice a day
3. No snacks ,no junk foods nothing.
4. Sleep correctly 7 to 8 hours a day.
5. Exercise after waking up in the morning . Up to your schedule
6. Play more it burns calories too.
7. Night daily stroll on cool breeze .I usually do it on terrace

The actual thing happens with me is I starts working out and I don't have the tendency to eat unhealthy food...when I starts to lose weight there comes a break naturally and again I will gain weight...this is happening with me for the last one year and I don't know what to do...but I will never give up😊
