I lost a lot of weight when I started resistance training because I was also on a calorie deficit accidentally.
I struggled for years but finally I was able to lose 80 pounds! My best advice is to take baby steps. It doesn't happen overnight and if you try to change your entire lifestyle so quickly you may end up getting overwhelmed and frustrated but If you ease into it and just try to be a little better each day. That is when the magic happens 😁

Today I finally hit my goal of losing 20lbs🥳 it was a very slow and steady process..i didn’t do any severe restrictions, just slowly cut my calorie in take every 2 weeks until i hit the deficit i needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last stubborn 6lbs). I pretty much only drink the coldest water I have in the house and lots of it. It tastes better than any sugary drinks to me I’ve just always preferred ice cold water. And bonus! If there’s soft ice I can chew in it too.

Few things are absolute blunder which is mentioned here. I received doctors advice on this and changed myself. 1) Avoid bathing in cold water. Mild warm water is better. 2) Avoid drinking cold water, drink either at room temp. Or warm water. Arthiritus and back pain is imminent if you go as per bright side.
Don't use extremely cold water because instead of your body trying to warm you up and lose weight you might just get hypothermia...just use a normal level of cold water
The real way to lose weight is to turn off your light and sprint up the stairs to your bed to run away from the spirits and demons, if we repeat this 100 times we will be skinny legends.
Lost 22 pds by sleeping. I do take pills to boost the metabolism as I sleep and eat oatmeal b4 bed. I do work overnights so I sleep during the day. The longer I sleep the more calories i burn. And try 2 watch what I eat, drink PLENTY of water and do very light workouts @ work. Excited to lose more!

I pretty much only drink the coldest water I have in the house and lots of it. It tastes better than any sugary drinks to me I’ve just always preferred ice cold water. And bonus! If there’s soft ice I can chew in it too.
I used to bathe in the coldest water ever but not like the literal hottest and I don’t like cold water xd
This is so helpful, before I had just in candle stomach, but after doing the things in this video my stomach hole is now huge, and I have a whole camp fire going, and everyone loves to roast marshmallows over my stomach, thanks so much bright side!

Few things are absolute blunder which is mentioned here. I received doctors advice on this and changed myself.
1) Avoid bathing in cold water. Mild warm water is better.
2) Avoid drinking cold water, drink either at room temp. Or warm water.
Arthiritus and back pain is imminent if you go as per bright side.
I love taking cold showers even though I'm a girl, I usually take a really really cold shower and don't feel anything! Thanks for this tips.
Don't use extremely cold water because instead of your body trying to warm you up and lose weight you might just get hypothermia...just use a normal level of cold water

Lost 22 pds by sleeping. I do take pills to boost the metabolism as I sleep and eat oatmeal b4 bed. I do work overnights so I sleep during the day. The longer I sleep the more calories i burn. And try 2 watch what I eat, drink PLENTY of water and do very light workouts @ work. Excited to lose more!
