    Yeah, this is so true. I started lessening my carbs,and I started the stomach massages and within three days my stomach looks like it's trying to get flat ,and I only massaged very gentle for less than five minutes a day and still got noticeable results !

    Not saying that my belly is flatter yet, but after only one round of doing these massages standing up, and it have worked wonders on my chronic discomfort of bloating and digestive pain after eating. And with that kind of relief, I actually feel confident that I will finally see a reduction in my eye sore big belly in two weeks. Thanks.

      @@thc7865 LOL...to flatten my stomach, no. And that is b/c I was never consistent with it daily with better diet and exercise. Still to this day I do some of the techniques when I feel too bloated just before bed.

    I've been a Massage Therapist for 20+ years. If anyone was wondering, the reason you go left to right is bc that's the flow of your ascending, transverse, and descending colon. It helps move waste in an outward flow direction. If you go counter clockwise for the entire 15-20min you may feel a little backed up or sluggish. Drink 8-16oz of water afterwards.

    I usually get a massage once a week and I love having my abdomen massaged, but have to ask for it as most therapists don't automatically give you one of those. I do it myself but prefer to have someone else do it for me...awesome!

    I started the day before yesterday, I'm gonna do a record here in the comment so yeah...
    Aug 1: Nothing happened yet
    Aug 2: Something happened a little, I became a little smaller than before. Like I lost 2 inch if measured.
    Aug 3: Big change 'though
    Aug 4: my waistline before Aug 2 was 40 then during aug 2 it turned 38 then now it's 35. I do this after I wake up, After exercise and before bed. Really effective 'though
    Aug 5: Great results as of aug 5, I noticed a lot of change. My belly is almost to having an abs, I can't wait to get super slim.
    Aug 6: Still the same with yesterday
    Aug 7-16: forgot to update the previous days but anyways, yes it really works and I double the time or reps so it'll work out super fast (for me) and I exercise regularly that's why it really really works
    Aug 19: just a quick update cause I'm still watching descendants 2, my waistline is from 40 to 38 to 35 and now it's 32. (Again I do it with exercise and with a not that strict diet but I can say it's strict for me)
    Sept 20: a very very late update, I kind of stop exercising but I do fasting together with this and I can say that it really works but then I also stopped this thing for like how many weeks cause I've been very busy but then continued like last saturday.
    Oct 25: haven't updated for what seems like a month. Btw I stopped using this technique because I was so busy with my modules that I completely forget to do it but I started doing it again for like once a week, my waistline increased to 33 because I've been stress eating that's why I decided to use it again.

    I did this for around 17 minutes and I saw not a big transformation but it was noticeable to me and I’m gonna come back to this video and comment again in about two weeks of doing this morning and night and see how it goes. I hope this works bc I’ve been having a hard time trying other things🤞

    Day one:
    Standing up- felt some results but could not see much of anything did help reduce some pressure.
    Laying down on back- repeated the same ones but changed it around.

    I saw belly massage on TLC several yrs ago for a mother of 4 kids and it totally tightened her andominal skin and lessened the appearance of stretch marks and gave her a flatter stomach. Been searching all over for that video.

    When I did a massage course I was told to only move hands in right to left direction, as this is way the digestive system works. Some of the movement suggested here are from left to right I was told that could make people feel sick.

    The reason why so my people are having their stomach hurt and a bit inflamed after trying for a few days is because one of the steps is to move from center down either side and another to move from sides back to center. In massage class we're told not to do that because youre initially massaging you intestine as well. Doing these movements messes with the waste in the intestinal tract and pushes it together.     I am indian , and you all know how much oil we use in our 'curry' my parents just want to make me chubby so that I can look cute 😑 I have not told my parents that I am on diet and doing exercises.

    im doing daily exercises..at least 30 mins a day..or less than 30mins..2x or 3x a day(in the evening i do lighter streches)..so i notice the change in my stomach,so i must do this also..consistency is the key..i know this will help me..

    30 crunch style sit ups, 30 pushups, 30 minutes on an elliptical trainer with heart rate at 108. You slow down the strides and take deep breaths to lower the heart rate to the desired 108. Do these 3 times a week.
    Get protein shakes to drink while you are on this schedule. Give it 4 months. I can't guarantee that when you do this, you will become a 10, but try it, and you'll be as close as you would ever be.

    I was doing this and my kitten was laying on my stomach so I gently pushed him over then he attacked my hands. You know what i did next? I wrapped him in a burrito with a blanket and put him on the other side of the bed 😌💅

    It really does work! I've had digestive problems for serveral months (bloating, gas, pain etc) and I started doing this massage as part of my daily routine for about a week. Results so far:
    I'm not bloated anymore
    I have only small issues with gas and pain
    I actually feel that my waist is smaller than before (which of course can be due to the fact that I'm no longer bloated but it feels snatched in a way it never was before)
    I am very happy with this!
