When you're so inflexible that sitting on your knees alone already feels like you're doing some advanced type of stretch 😅 Just a little update: I've been lifting and stretching right after 3x a week for 1 month straight and can now sit on my knees without issue among numerous other things that gave me trouble or discomfort before 👍
+1 - my left knee is so tight I can't sit on my legs. For the opening should stretch I am on my knees rather than sitting on my legs. Are there recommendations for outside knee stretches?
Im 14 yrs old and you really helped me with your Videos!! I was always overweight and couldnt move much but now I feel so much better. Doing your routines every morning in the sunrise!
I've been doing your 15 minute routine three times a week for the last year, and it's made a huge difference to my life. The lat stretches in particular. My only complaint about that routine was that aside from the neck and lat stretches, the rest of the upper body stretches didn't really "do it" for me. This new routine's upper body stretches are far more helpful for me. But I found that the lower body stretches didn't feel as effective as those from the older routine. So I think that I will alternate routines to start with, and might create a combined routine out of both of them, so that both my upper and lower body get a good stretch in a single routine. Thank you for doing these videos. They've really helped me!
This routine is awesome. I’ve been doing it since you released it , I try to do it everyday if not every other. I was diagnosed with bursitis in my hips and the pain was unreal . I didn’t want to have injections so I started searching and found your channel many years ago, I started doing volume 1 and other hip routines you have but this is my favourite and is a good variety of stretches and has totally changed my life , I would say my hips feel 95% better than they were . I’m a truck driver so just sitting was painful.I have been doing this for years now and just wanted to say thanks 👍
Hey man, your routines have literally changed my life. I've been having less headaches and neck soreness since I started following you and following your guidance. Thanks for the awesome job!
ive used this video roughly 15 times and now i am able to reach under my feet. im 30 years old and never in my life was able to touch my toes. thanks sir great content. i am now waiting for v3, v4, and v5.
Hi Tom, I am a 70 year old lady who has been diagnosed with a Bakers Cyst and hip bursitis, very painful! Started doing your 20 min stretch class about a month ago, every day, and love it. The pain is barely noticeable now. Thank you. Sue, Sydney
I have been watching your stretching videos every week almost for the entirety of 2019, I couldnt reach my feet in a simple pike and now I can do that and a little bit more. I feel really proud of myself and I really adore your work and wish to someday be as flexible as you are. Much love my man!
hey man been watching for a couple of weeks now and I loveit. Dont change it. Keep the chill vibe, love your positive attitude also, its nice to see a relaxing vid like this from all the chaos thats happening around the world.
I love the way he is like "10 seconds keep going" while looking at the camera as if he knows you've already said screw this! Great video really enjoying it
Bro, Thank you very much for these videos. I'm a 34 year old tradie that has hands down to my knees and couldn't touch the ground with straight legs. I've been doing these everyday after work for the last five weeks now and my flexibility is ten fold better than it was. I can now touch my feet and have the goal to be able to pancake by the end of the year! Thanks again and keep these 20 minute routines coming!! #bodyweightwarrior ✊🏽
This is my first time ever stretching for flexibility and I got to the end and I couldn't believe it went in so quick - I've always hated stretching but I loved this! Thank you so much, I'm actually excited to see how this goes over the next few weeks! Much appreciation from a very inflexible person :)
I don’t know what I’d do without Tom’s stretch videos. I’m so stiff in the mornings, and then I do one of the videos and I feel 100% better! Thanks so much Tom!
Thank you Tom!! Before I suffered from tightness all over my body, my legs and back especially. In under 2 weeks, I can actually touch my toes in the pike position! I'm so happy!!
Love these follow along video! Great instruction. I love how I can follow along without having to always look at the screen to see what your doing because you explain it so well. Also your vocal tone is soothing.
I've started stretching about a month ago, I always believed that I was just inflexible and nothing can fix that. but comparing my progress with my friends, I'm flexible as heck! absolutely incredible! Also, Tom is so sweet and his voice is so cozy - makes it even more fun to do every day.
Much prefer the original 15 minute beginner stretch routine. Feels a lot more fluid to me and it doesn't have that cheesy background music. That being said thanks for all your other awesome videos.
Love your beginner stretches. They are the first beginner ones that actually feel like beginner level. I started do your 15 min one after my strength gth training this past week and today for a rest day I decided to hit a longer video. Already seeing a little improvement but I have a LONG way to go
Recently turned 70. I'm a guy who wants to see how guys move in yoga. Tom is great. My goal is to maintain/improve flexibility, posture, balance and strength. I'll continue with Tom as he seems to address all my goals. Thanks, Tom!
I tried the V1 and it helped me so much. I couldn't touch my toe and just after trying V1 for 3 weeks, I could finally touch my toe and hold that position. And now I'm doing the V2. Thank you Tom
I have been doing your routines twice a day now for a few days. It just makes my whole body feel better. I dont have to ready and adjust myself when I'm getting up and down near as much throughout the day.
Thank you, I have tried versions 1, 2, 3 and the runners stretch. I like this one the best. I am a 62 year old who has just started, 4 weeks, a mix of your stretching and some beginners yoga. I'm trying.
Recommendation: Point to the areas where we should be feeling the stretch. You did that in the first version and that helped in following along and making sure that we were doing it correctly. Thanks for these amazing vidoes.
The first routine felt more beneficial. I found with this one, I wasn't sure how to position my body. Should I keep my back straight? What is my focus on? Some moves a beginner really can't do, so how should I position my body without injury?
Just finished week 2 of doing at least one beginner follow-along each day. Goal is to touch my toes in the year 2021. Will keep you updated! Thank you for these.
Tom, I've started my strength & mobility journey for the past 2 weeks by waking up early every morning with a cup of coffee and jumping right into the Body Weight Warrior Channel. Your videos have helped me stretch properly, gain strength, and stay motivated. Also, I love the super chill music! I'm dreading that pancake stretch at the moment but I'm sure i'll eventually get there.
Chronic pain in my left side. Stopped stretching a while back and it got bad again. Starting again with your routines daily has done wonders. Thank you.
Due to Corona I have to stay at home, the gyms are closed..so I started working on my mobility. Your routines are really helpful. I already feel an improvement. So when the gyms are open again, my workouts will hopefully be better :D So thanks a lot.
Nice video, nice guys always remember to activate your bodies before any workout with some light stretching then we're ready to roll with the workout, your body functions better when it's activated. I Always start my tutorials and classes in gyms with a pre-warm up, from 1st gear up to 5th always.
just started doing your 15-25 minute stretching videos and have realized how tight everything is. im alternating videos daily 6 days a week and love how relaxing your videos are and very good stretches. cant wait to see some improvement in myself.
There was a time when this routine would have been easy, but that is many years of neglect ago. I am very thankful of this video and the other beginners flexibility videos.
Thank you so much for putting out the videos that you do! I started this routine almost a month ago now and some of the chronic muscle pain I've dealt with for several years is gone! I have also gained a large amount of flexibility, keep up the amazing work Tom!
I thought the version 1 was already good, but this is on to another level. Every twist and turn, something cracks or stretches. Overall very nice routine.
I started this over a year ago the day I retired. (I couldn’t take to leotard yelling teens) I have been doing it every day since then and see and feel a vast improvement. I also spend part of my retired life on a boat in Greece and can guarantee one of the best places to do these stretches is on the deck of a boat watching the fish jump. Thank you
WOW just did this for the first time and I enjoyed it so much that when you said "as we're ending this" I thought "no way, we're only 10min into this" ! Loved it. Thank you
i convinced my 62 year old mother to workout and stretch together. we are only doing it the second time and already feel a bit less tense! thank you for a beginner friendly routine - this can be followed at any age
also i like how you do a more intense stretch followed by a less intense stretch. your routine does not torture me the whole time so i find this very enjoyable to do over and over again.
I keep going back to your videos every time i feel stiff. I have a crooked spine (in more ways than one) and these stretches always bring me relief. Thanks!
I’m on day 3 of a thirty day challenge. I’m already starting to feel better, sleep better, and I have less pain. I’m looking forward to this 30 day commitment. Thanks for sharing this routine
I have been doing this and the earlier version for nearly 10 days and I have notice a huge improvement in my hips and shoulders and it has made my other exercise (pilates, swimming, moderate cardio) more effective in my range of movement. I have bookmarked the QL stretch, hip mobility and ankle mobility videos and did the ankle one today. The broomstick myofascial release was amazing, I actually did that again later on because it really has freed up the back of my legs all the way down and my hips feel happier. I am nowhere near a pancake yet but I am hopeful for a full pike within a month. Thank you so much for a no nonsense approach, this is so easy to fit in to a workout
Great little update to shake it up a bit. Definitely benefiting from this. I work construction and haven't been putting time back into myself so this is a life saver.
Thanks bro. Really needed that after going out on my bike this morning. Little tip, tell us what we need before you start the routine please, so we don't have to run to get it. I know we can pause it but it's cool to just keep up with the videos with no breaks. Thanks been a fan for a while, and I really appreciate your content
Stretching is overlooked way too often in my opinion. Working on on my flexibility on a daily basis has probably been one of the most helpful things I've ever done. My body feels a lot "healthier" and my performance in exercises is also a lot better, especially in Calisthenics! Plus, it's almost a kind of "meditation" for me and a nice way to build a better "connection" with your body :)
Loved it. I have no flexibility. I have done yoga but felt uncomfortable as I could not do the poses and the instructor kept pestering me about it. I have tried videos on you tube but your stretches are the only ones I can actually do and enjoy while feeling the stretch in the right areas of my body vs on the wrong parts and spending all the time just trying to get the right stretch.

Hi Tom! Been using your videos for the past 3-4 months and appreciate how much information you put into them. I've been able to pike much further with daily practice.
Loved this stretch- determined to get more flexible in 2023 and these videos are such a godsend. Thank you so much for all you do- absolutely love your channel!!!
Badly injured my knee over the years. Around 5 or so dislocations. My flexibility has taken a real hit because of it not that it was brilliant before.I'll admit that my pike is shockingly bad but these videos are definitely helping and have made me more aware of how importantant flexibility is when it comes to injury prevention.
These videos are fantastic. Flexibility and movement used to be so easy and natural. But now I have to be intentional about them. Thank you Tom for this video and the others; they’re simple, not fussy. Thank you!
I have just discovered you and wow what a discovery. I am an aerialist and these beginners routines are fantastic. I find with aerial I build a lot of strength but lose flexibility along the way. So while I have time I am working on my flexibility to see how much it helps. I can feel the difference already. Thank you for your clear instructions. It's nice to follow a routine that's calm and worthwhile rather than some of the others I've looked at with girls bouncing around and showing off. 🙏
I started doing the first version of this after I had mono for almost two months and I needed to get my body moving again. It was really helpful. I still do the first version and honestly I've being doing it for like a year!!! This one is awesome too! Thank you!
Thanjs for that. I am so unflexible its untrue, nearly 40 and really want to work on it so ill be doing this daily from now on... Much appreciated. Great Video.
58 and very inflexible. Tried yoga on and off with small gains. Trying this about 5 times a week to make some progress. While I don’t feel like I have great gains in flexibility, way too soon to expect that, I do feel less creaky on a morning. That for me is pretty huge in a short time! Once I feel I have this under my belt I will move on to more challenging routines. Thanks for giving me what feels like a method that works for me!
I've started stretches to improve flexibility and eventually achieve the splits for about a month now. This was very helpful and will be incorporating these stretches into my everyday routine. Thank you ^_^
So I just found your channel and it's the first yoga follow along with a man that I saw. I loved it! Not that other ones are bad, but it was a very nice change and I felt like there was just the necessary explanations and you showed everything perfect!
Love that I was led to your page!! Been alternating all your flexibility and mobility videos! Attempting to do one every day! Happy to have something enjoyable to follow along with!
Hey. Don't know if you'll see this but I train muay thai 6 days a week, I've always overcome soreness by powering through it. These stretches have really helped me. Do them after every training session. I feel a looser in training and far more flexible with my kicks. Thanks a ton
me: lets get ready to stretch! My body that isn't even out of the 20s yet getting onto the floor: * both knees pop, hip crack, spine crack, ankle crack* xD
Every time I watch Tom's videos I felt so calm and I don't even know why. The world's a better place with your videos in it
Watching or following along?
When you're so inflexible that sitting on your knees alone already feels like you're doing some advanced type of stretch 😅
Just a little update: I've been lifting and stretching right after 3x a week for 1 month straight and can now sit on my knees without issue among numerous other things that gave me trouble or discomfort before 👍
LOL TRUE
Congrats with the progress 😌
Ya I can sit on my knees yet haha I hope to be at your position soon! Good job and keep it up
+1 - my left knee is so tight I can't sit on my legs. For the opening should stretch I am on my knees rather than sitting on my legs. Are there recommendations for outside knee stretches?
which stretch helped you to sit on your knees?
Im 14 yrs old and you really helped me with your Videos!! I was always overweight and couldnt move much but now I feel so much better. Doing your routines every morning in the sunrise!
Four of us over 60 girls have been doing this and love the feel. Thank you for the calm, clear, specific directions. Felt amazing!

How many days you do 15 minutes routine
That’s a really good idea 👍

The music just fit's perfectly with your Voice, it is so relaxing.
i have done this routine a lot of times and i just did it and never realized how relaxing this routine can be. Love it
Yessss!
Been waiting on a part 2.. I wore out the first one...
Pretty sure I'm like 10k of those views... lol
Keep up the good work!
hopefully this can meet those standards
Have been doing this routine for two weeks now and my body has really been appreciating the self care. Thanks so much!
What kind of exercise do you do on other days?
ive used this video roughly 15 times and now i am able to reach under my feet. im 30 years old and never in my life was able to touch my toes. thanks sir great content. i am now waiting for v3, v4, and v5.

Mum and I are following you during self-iso - you're incredible and we're thoroughly enjoying learning your technique.

1st day and OMG my iliopsoas muscle area is extremely tight. Had a child 6 years ago and my body is not the same. Will continue doing this.
I have been doing this every night before bed and have been sleeping so much better. Thank you for this! Love your channel
Thank you Tom!! Before I suffered from tightness all over my body, my legs and back especially. In under 2 weeks, I can actually touch my toes in the pike position! I'm so happy!!

Most people just try to make these as fast and convenient as possible. I appreciate that you take the time to hold stretches for 30-40 seconds.
My hips have been hurting for a while now but idk why exactly. Doing these videos give me some sort of relief though so I'm thankful
Much prefer the original 15 minute beginner stretch routine. Feels a lot more fluid to me and it doesn't have that cheesy background music. That being said thanks for all your other awesome videos.

At 67 your videos are a life saver, I swim and bike and the stretching is outstanding👍
After a 5 months recovery of mayor surgery this videos gave my strength and mobility in two weeks!, I love it no harm best week to start a routine
I tried the V1 and it helped me so much. I couldn't touch my toe and just after trying V1 for 3 weeks, I could finally touch my toe and hold that position. And now I'm doing the V2.

Have only just discovered this channel. Enjoying it because at 65 it is really necessary to stay flexible.

same here! sitting on a chair the hole day for home office also makes things worse, so I'm very happy to have found this channel

Thank you

i convinced my 62 year old mother to workout and stretch together. we are only doing it the second time and already feel a bit less tense!
thank you for a beginner friendly routine - this can be followed at any age
also i like how you do a more intense stretch followed by a less intense stretch. your routine does not torture me the whole time so i find this very enjoyable to do over and over again.
You are one of the best guys. Calm, effective and very realistic.
Great little update to shake it up a bit. Definitely benefiting from this. I work construction and haven't been putting time back into myself so this is a life saver.
I like your slow static stretch. The background music is also very relaxing, not obtrusive at all.
Been doing this one and a couple others to help stretch every day during Covid-19! It's been a great way to start my days:)
Thanks bro. Really needed that after going out on my bike this morning. Little tip, tell us what we need before you start the routine please, so we don't have to run to get it. I know we can pause it but it's cool to just keep up with the videos with no breaks. Thanks been a fan for a while, and I really appreciate your content
My exact thought once he grabbed the block. I had to pause mid-session and run and find something to use.
Me too but now I’ll be ready next time
Stretching is overlooked way too often in my opinion.
Just started using your routine before skiing. Already noticed huge improvements in both flexibility and skiing technique. Cheers!
20-minute routine for beginners to begin in 2020.
Rob Macleod So for 2121, it will be increased to 21 minutes... And correspondingly. Thank you.
aged greatly
This video is even more useful at home in 2021 in lockdown at home in Montréal, and in a desk chair all day - love it, thank you. Also: would love to see a half-hour workout almost as low-impact as this, with the stretches, but also some strength elements. Thanks for all you do!
Awesome beginner routine for those stuck at home on the couch. This really helped. Thank you Tom for your excellent contribution! 💪🏻
I have lupus which means I get joint pain and stiffness. Thanks to you I am able to recover from my last flareup. Thank you!
You are the best at teaching real stretching techniques. Loved that workout you did couple months ago.
Hi Tom! Been using your videos for the past 3-4 months and appreciate how much information you put into them. I've been able to pike much further with daily practice.
I'm a 51 year old man. Thanks very helpful. Body feels better. I will try to do these stretches very morning.
I’m really enjoying these workouts with Tom.
5 days into this stretch routine and it has been a great morning wake up for me while being quarantined.
Loved this stretch- determined to get more flexible in 2023 and these videos are such a godsend. Thank you so much for all you do- absolutely love your channel!!!
Have been practicing the previous edition for the past 2 months.. happy to try this one out! Thanks Tom🧘
i'm very glad you share these routines. my flexibility has improved so much
Badly injured my knee over the years.
Thank you!
Thank you Tom, for posting these sessions. Been doing the for a year+ now, and I think it's helping me recover from and prevent injury.
Been doing this routine for the past 2 weeks now and notice a huge difference in my flexibility! Thank you Tom!
I've been doing this for around a month now, and I have to say this has been great for me. Thanks Tom.
One of the best stretching videos I have done.
Volume 1 and particularly 2 and 3 for me are hidden gem from the internet.
I started doing the first version of this after I had mono for almost two months and I needed to get my body moving again. It was really helpful. I still do the first version and honestly I've being doing it for like a year!!! This one is awesome too! Thank you!
Really enjoyed your videos. After doing your routines twice, I already see a significant difference. Tysm!
Love these follow alongs. Doing one every morning. Thanks for sharing 🤍
Thanjs for that. I am so unflexible its untrue, nearly 40 and really want to work on it so ill be doing this daily from now on... Much appreciated. Great Video.
Lovely mobility excercises. One of my favorites was the lying down and pulling the bow back.
Really great, I’ve been watching your channel a few years back but now it really exploded, congrats and looking forward to work on my flexibility.
I started doing your Flexibility Routine every morning and I have never felt better after waking up!! Thank you so much for sharing!! :) :)
thank you so much...
i've seen a lot of improvement in two weeks with just 20mins of this, from monday to friday, everytime after my main workout.
you're the best tom! love your follow alongs. i wish there was a no music option on some of them 🥰
Love that I was led to your page!! Been alternating all your flexibility and mobility videos! Attempting to do one every day! Happy to have something enjoyable to follow along with!
Thank you so much Tom. You are my morning buddy. The only routines that I've managed to follow successfully for more than 5 days! You are so calming.

Excellent routine. This is the first time I have done the V2 routine. Thank you Sir!
This is my favorite stitching routine you've made.
Tom, yours are the best stretch routines I’ve found! Thank you for the improvements on the 2nd video, they were so helpful.
