    I have been doing these follow alongs since the very first one, and I think they're really great! Only thing I've noticed is that we start from the head and work our way down, but it never gets passed hamstrings/hip flexors, I would love some calf and ankle stretches at the end of the routine

    I've tried a lot of stretching videos but i just keep coming back to yours! They just feel the best and i love how the stretches are held for a longer time, so i really have the chance to kind of breathe myself deeper into the positions :) thank you, keep it up!

    I'm 58 years now and could not do any exercises because of an shoulder injury for a long time. I've watched a lot of videos on YT and this is definitely the best one to "come in to exercises" again. And by the way I like the forrest surrounding. Although one knows that this is "only a video" it feels much better than to watch a teacher in front of a white wall. Sorry for mistakes in english language. Thank you and best wishes from Germany.

    I’m a 45 year old mum of 3 that did a lot of yoga through lockdown. Now I do none and am stiff as a board, so stiff in fact that I can’t straighten my arms in upward dog anymore! I need to make time for myself but it’s a struggle. 10/20 min videos are great. Thank you

    Hey Tom! Thanks so much for sharing! I love your videos! I'm 61 and have been doing the Beginner Stretch for just over a week. There have been several unexpected benefits!
    1. I can sit crossed legged for the first time in several years. I have two bad knees and your stretches seem to be helping them! (Avoiding surgery!)
    2. I've learned a lot about breathing while you stretch that i never really got before. Deep breath in, then expanding the stretch when we exhale. That brings me to
    3. When I've learned to breathe to strengthen my pelvic floor, it didn't do anything until i followed your routine. It has also helped me a ton with singing! Yes! Holding longggggggg notes is hard, but your routine has made a huge difference!! 🎶
    Also, i move better playing tennis, and just in general, which is my main goal!
    What I'd like is a progression guide of your videos. Once we're comfortable with the beginners stretch, what next? Maybe a flow chart? If you're a runner, go this way. If you're a body builder go that way. If you're battling arthritis go this way. (?) IDK. Maybe a stretch is a stretch no matter what our goals are.
    I'm just looking through your videos to decide where to go next..?... Plus a variety is good so we don't do the same routine every day.

    Oh, it's easier to see your body movements if you're wearing lighter colors, not black. Black all blends together in the video. And i love the dog!! ❤️🐶

    Although I don't consider myself a (total) beginner, I like these "softer" 20 - 25 full/lower body out-of-bed morning stretches so much. What a way to start the day in a relaxed and peaceful state of mind.

    I think I've said this before but this might be your best yet. The way the stretches flowed and the variations were excellent. First time I could stretch my glute without knee pain as well

    Thanks so much for all your videos! I have been an avid fan for a long while. I wanted to put out a suggestion for a video about a daily flexibility routine for people who stand at work all day (doctor in my case) as I come home feeling exhausted and it mainly is tightness rather than fatigue.     Hi Tom, you will never have met a tighter person than me. I had an operation on my lower back last December and then my right hip in September and neither have fixed my problems. A lack of mobility has just seen everything seize up. I have been doing your different flexibility classes all week and I think this one is the best for me. It hurts everywhere though! 😊 Let’s hope it starts making a difference 🤞

    Had years of tight hips and knee stiffness, a lot of it down to a couple of operations when I was younger. Had physios, osteos, pt’s and done bits of yoga before, but my body’s never felt as open and relaxed as it did today after doing this routine last night. Don’t know if it’s the simplicity of the instruction or the variation of the moves but it’s genuinely been the most effective work I’ve done on my body since an ACL rehab half a decade ago. Saved, subscribed, will be doing more. Nice one fella

    I am on my weight loss journey which I feel like it's taking forever but I know consistency is key.
    I do all my youtube workout at home and I'm so thankful for this one. I am so stiff round the hip and thigh area but after consistency doing your flexibility and mobility follow along, it's made a huge difference. I'm no way near flexible but I can feel the difference with my stretches. For someone who can't go gym, I'm very grateful for your follow along videos. Thank you so much.     I do all of your follow alongs on a rotational basis. Former athlete would love to maybe see a series starting from the ankles to the legs/hips and up. My concern is my ankles are always popping and stiff and wonder if that is causing imbalances elsewhere. Keep it up love the content and share with anyone I see moving uncomfortably!

    Great stretching video! I have trouble sitting on my ankles because my arches always seem close to pulling, so I wasn’t able to do one of the exercises. Any suggestions on how to strengthen those? Can you do one, if you haven’t already, to help with pinched nerve from poor desk posture ?

    Thank you for the routine! I've been doing your stretches for a couple of weeks now and it really helps to feel better and healthier! My only concern is that I have some sort of protrusion in the lower back, and it hurts to do upwards facing dog position. I am contracting my glutes, but doesn't help, still feeling discomfort during that pose. Maybe you have some recommendations for me, maybe some exercises

    Your videos have changed my life. I injured both my feet which led to a year of sitting and hardly any physical activity. By time my injuries healed I suffered with leg and hip pain. You’ve helped me regain my mobility. I’m not limping and I’m feeling stronger. Can’t thank you enough. ❤
