    I recently found and subscribed to your channel. I’m likely not your target audience (59 year old female), but I’ve been working out for 35 years and am always looking for new things to try. I did this one today after leg day yesterday and it felt great.
    I really love the longer format.

    Honestly I never do this kind of things 1 : stretching and I really need to , the hip section is just a block of concrete 2 writing reviews ... This video is so well done ! I went through a couple of other people before finding you and you definitely set the bar very high . It feels like I am at a private lesson you explain very well for beginners like me but don't waste time doing it . Congrats to you and keep working hard .

    Merry Christmas Tom. Best Christmas present. I just finished. I managed to get through to the end. I needed a yoga block for that last one. It really helped. At the 22 minute mark and 46 minute mark, I was saying "Ow God man...what the heck?" This one was great. Thank you so much.

    Thank you so much. Amazing stretch for a 59 year old Musical Theatre Singer/Dancer who is 1 year post Anterior Hip Replacement. I was able to do everything which is a 1st since surgery.

      I hope he replies to you as well! For me at least I've made massive progress in just a year or two by doing various 1 hour videos from Toms channel minimum 2 times per week, mostly doing 3-5 times a week (always straight after my training/workout session ofc, so I'm nice and warmed up)

      @@johannes01 to be honest I've been stuck at home without work for the last couple of years, never did a lot of exercise before the pandemic. Was very weak, skinny and totally inflexible, could not touch my toes. I needed to keep moving my body otherwise I'd lose all mobility and feel worse and worse. So started very slowly about 3 years ago just with Pamela Reif workouts on TH-cam, just 10 minute workouts 3 times a week or so. I built up my strength slowly until I could handle something more legit like following Caroline Girvan training programmes, like her EPIC programmes which are 5 sessions a week between 30mins-1 hour. Which is what I do at the moment.
      I would follow these workout with either the active or PNF 1 hour stretching follow alongs by Tom.
      Now I can almost completely pancake to the floor. Comfortably pike, left and right splits, wheel/Bridge, handstand pushup etc. Feels so good to move everyday, I'm kinda addicted!

    I did that 90/90 stretch few months ago. Obviously not flexible as you but wasn’t pushing hard either. And got injured, now I cant sit on my hills and when I try it feels tight and somewhat painful on the outer side behind the knee (slightly above it - where the big tendon is). Had some physio massage done on it but no improvement.

    Tom this is really good, the variations on “fast” vs “slower” at the end, plus the PNF . It’s just getting better, like you once told me have fun in your videos and it will workout.
    Request would be a routine for mixed martial arts.

    I've started 5k daily running challenge, im on day 23, i tried the recent runners stretch video on the 10th day and have been doing it since on alternate days , it has definitely helped me a lot!!!!

    Hello this is my absolute favorite stretching routine, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

    I know this video was posted weeks ago but hopefully someone might help. I’ve been training martial arts for years and tried all sorts of flexibility drills and routines that haven’t had the same effect as it has had on others. If I were to follow this routine would I stagger the days(do it every second night) or make this a daily thing? Since I’m also a student the only time i have to stretch properly is before I go to sleep. Thanks for anyone that might respond!

    Hey, i did it for the first time and i was like, ooh im tired, its too long, i prefer 20 min routine . But i finish it and i feel better and my posture was significally better so lets continue doing it 3 times a week . Thanks Tom
