    This is such a fantastic splits flow. Just the right length, and all the postures are hitting different areas in the hips and hams. Added to that is Jessica's calm, soothing voice and slow movements, invoking the perfect physical mood and space for expansiveness. I have been coming back to this video since it was posted four years ago! Amazing! Thank you, Jessica! Namaste!

    In every tutorials I saw ,I ve always seen the teacher showing how he or she does splits ,of course there s always a preparation for it but at the end he does the split so perfectly,like you can do it in once ,you don’t show how you do it ,simply the way to go in it and you do it very well with a lot of humility,thank you

    The warm up steps before the splits actually help achieve comparatively more flexibility than what you usually can otherwise, very good flow. Thanks !

    I’ve been using your video for my “yoga days” between lifting and I’m finally so close to being in the full splits on my left side after 3 years! I think being consistent and not trying out different videos every other day has really helped. This one is great!

    Wow thank you so much! I love everything about this video from the flow to entering splits ~ 2 years ago I was almost to splits however this flow felt like I was closer even though I know I have lost some progress... this feels so much more right 🙏 I trust the journey & know there was a reason I fell out of daily practice, this flow confirmed that.     Wonderful flow! I ended up doing pigeon pose instead of splits at the end, but I'm confident I will achieve the desired pose at some point.

    As a lifelong athlete with ManHips(TM) -jk- the difficulty of splits has often been discouraging. But I got closer today than I ever have before, and now, splits suddenly feels attainable :) Thank you

    Great practice.
    I don’t know if one day I’ll achieve it. My hips are ok but my hamstrings have been always super tight, even after practising for quite a good amount of time.
