I started doing Pranayama 4 years ago. Once I've realised the benefits it gave me in a day, I've barely skipped doing it since then. A day with and without it feels very different.
I started this pranayama peace of mind little bit hour after thatheavy head ache started

I am a teenager and blessed by Supreme so that I came across your videos . Literally I am in a common situation nowadays that is negative and bad thoughts which affects my daily works and study and makes me lonely and demotivated . But then I came across your videos which is taking me to a new world of hope and changes in my daily routine . But still I am not consistent with my new habits of doing yoga and healthy diet .
Anyways I think I am in a process of changing myself to a better person and I will❤. All I need is your blessings grandma😅

Pregnant ledy can do kapalbhati?
Namaste, Don't take deep, quick, forceful breaths when you're pregnant. Techniques such as bellow's breath (bhastrika) and cleaning breath (kapalabhati) are not recommended in pregnancy . Breathing quickly and forcefully could make you feel faint, light-headed and dizzy.
