      Usually most Indians do this after making lots of Money in the USA/abroad. After being a slave to the Western/Unhealthy Lifestyles and Habits. Same with this Guy-Pal. Although he was a Doctor in the USA, he was OBESE and it's a New Trend to first screw up health take to addictions, bad/worst habits-then work to release them and come out to show to the world how Heroic/Inspirational that person was. Typical N.American Trend. If he was so fond of Ayurveda, he had the option to choose to study Ayurvedic Medicine in India. But no he chose to study MBBS, then leave for the USA due to status/family/peer pressure/USA Dollar Craze. Now after making decent amount of Dollars and after enjoying the USA food & lifestyle-these USA NRIs to get Wow and Respect from the Indians in India start talking about how everything in, from, of India is the best. Hypocrisy at its Best.

    • @pacepausepeace2171
      @pacepausepeace2171 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Why couldn't these once upon a time Indians now NRIs stay grounded to the roots/their country? Only for the craze and attraction of the USA culture and money(Dollars). And Indians in India are foolish to Worship NRIs especially USA NRIs as if they are paying taxes to the Indian government-due to which Indians in India are able to have better infrastructure and facilities in India.
      Indians don't need GOD to worship. Most Indians-especially Educated Urban Indians worship NRIs and USA NRIs.

      the worst reasons and causes for sickness is not due to genetics disorder or Karma mainly because nowadays trust justice honesty sincerity dedication intergrity moral ethics discipline culture and tradition and pleasant harmony atmosphere without any discrimination in the name is caste creed colour race and religion is lacking at all working places ❤️and even through out the universe, schools and colleges.too MUCH stressful situations tension emotional break down permanently leading depression monetary problems and defective child birth and deformities
      and also mainly because of corruption poverty illiteracy unemployment problems huñger starvation Malnutrition birth and deformities social sigma diseases amongst each and every human being on the earth 🌎 actually not due to previous birth karma people are born blind dumb physically handicapped mentally retardant transgender and social sigma births deformities and diseases like cancer leprosy multiple neurofibromatosis type 1 ,type2 and type 3
      reason s may be due to after effects of war ,bomb blast during first world war and second world war man made polution distruction and calamities monsoon rains failures famine drought epidermis effect of the war leading to plaque cholera small pox big pox and all kinds of defective child birth, since everything got cantamanited right from fresh air water and food and supplements , soil structure changed not suitable for anything even grass ,so people started migrating ,even rich people moved to safe places because of life saving and in search of lost of
      their dear ones also due to natural calamities monsoon failure and man made distruction and fighting and killing each other because of scarcity of food clothing shelter water education and job opportunities. again people have to move for safe places in search of new job opportunities from country to country and continental level
      To much work load without proper good quality nutritional food and supplements and rest and started working around the clocks for bread and butter okay
      🙏🏻So please never ever say genetic disorder or previous birth Karma for heaven's sake.
      Only people under going pains and sufferings will be knowing the true nature and cause is because of hormonal imbalance depends upon the nature of work night duties and responsibilities amongst irresponsible unscrupulous selfish corruption and cunning people misusing the money and power and manipulating innocent people Respecially desperate widow's and divorcee for illegal activities ,will anyone keep silent and close their eyes mouth and ears .????
      Hopefully hope this generation have seen tsunami , gaja storm winds blowing, flood, drought situation after effects ,now Wayanad land slide. can you say karma or genetic disorder.even now only the poor deprived desperate people and farmers are affected not the corporate businessmen attitude spiritual corporate businessmen people . 🙏🏻 We all know only three generations isn't it .these are the version of my great grandmother who was 32:37 well educated and witnessed first world war and second world and leaders of the universe blastering each and every country and killing even the innocent kids and pregnant women . Even today's leaders blastering bombs and fighting for its borders and killing kids and pregnant women and feeding mother's.can we accept this can of attitudes.what solutions and remedies please. Kindly conduct yoga for peaceful cheerful joyful and health generation to all leader of the organisation and all political leaders of the entire world.

    Wow❤ yet another amazing podcast. Yaaru manasula Yaaru - like this whomever we wish in our heart to see on your podcast. That person is appearing in and through your talks ( you become our collective voice overs - ask all possible doubts we get on behalf of us ) and get us more and more insights. Thank you Dr Pal ❤. I came across Hansaji TH-cam shorts few years ago first that impressed me to her was her ever cheerful face and the way she speaks is not just her words it's her living experience.
    I was introduced to yoga as part of my school Saturday classes. Unknowingly this discipline was inculcated and later due to my laziness ( have to accept) after COVID I stopped doing my yoga daily. As Hansaji says discipline is first yes I wish to get back to be regular in my yoga even for 20 mins daily.
    Wish to be like her during my old age to body..as age is just a number it is for body alone never to the mind - we can always remain young and energetic in mind by working in correct way.... It's going to hit 10:10pm here in India. So Good night... Welcome to Cercadian rhythm 😂
    Due to hectic work i could manage 30 mins daily and finished this podcast today..

    Here, in India, most Modern Medicine (Allopathic) doctors are against Ayurveda and Yoga. They are saying it is all placebo and stuff, and not good for health!😅

      Of course they are. Modern medicine is evil and corrupt. It's all about money. I'm in canada, the healthcare system ruined my health severely. I'm fighting to get back to normal.

      A close family member going through cancer treatment. He was not responding to Radiation and chemo until we started him on Ayurvedic treatment alongside medical treatment.
      Doctors say he will have to be on targeted therapy for life while Ayurveda says he can be completely cured and free of cancer.
      Modern medicine may help control the symptoms in a short timeframe but cure comes from within and Ayurveda assists with and boosts that.

    Dear Dr.Pal;
    I m yet to listen to the last but while giving it a pause, as a student of Yoga & of this Institute itself, 'm tempted to comment on and commend your efforts in bringing out such a wholesome, informal discourse on YOG.
    You have been here guiding us, subtly as a doctor to view, analyse & help treat the ailments catching those by the root or by the ear 😂 !
    As if, a doctor son, like any inquisitive child asking his wise mother in Hansaben to illuminate on these. And, you do it subtly gifted with your charming, learned self & trained intellect guiding the viewers into the intricacies of this most popular science that seems to have caught the imagination of the generation quite quick n smart to find themselves involved in sustaining, improving & developing their selves towards higher attainments....

    I believe that placing trust in God and maintaining a deep sense of faith helps me cultivate inner peace and balance. Through the regular practice of prayer, I find that I can keep my mind centered and focused, which allows me to remain calm, composed, and more productive in all aspects of life. By grounding myself spiritually, I am better able to manage stress, make thoughtful decisions, and approach challenges with clarity and resilience. This harmony between faith and inner control enhances both my personal and professional life.
    But I strongly believe ur religion should not come out of ur mind. This is the best yoga for me.

    Yoga simply means meeting of body and mind. During meditation we forget ourselves but will not sleep. We will be in a state of happiness.

    I have seen Hansajis videos and they are very deep and to the point. But this podcast was light and very informative. How to deal with kids, their screen time, our own time. It seems doable.

    golden words mam. World will find faults in them, family should find good in them.. yea,otherwise depressed kids.kids should be self content, aware of their strengths and parents should be able to perceive that and encourage in their strengths
