I think the best build is the top secret mid '93 Super Mario 48, when they planned a less powerful console. Of course, they found how to expand the memory early into the N64 development, so we didn't get Nintendo Ultra (48 mb). I think what some people fail to note is that mario 64 didn't even start full development until september 1994, while these may be cool, I think it would be more realistic if it was an early 1995 build, as I don't think mario had any sounds or even animations until around that time.
