FULL DAY OF EATING ON A MINI CUT | 1700 Cals

  • Hi Everyone,
    Happy Sunday to you all! We are officially into the first full week of the mini cut this week. I haven't done any photos or weights this week as it was only a few days post my last check in so next week I will give you guys a bigger update on how things are going when I'm one week down!

    Holly you NEED to try my fav salad dressing! Its: teriyaki sauce, peanut butter and reduced fat kewpie mayo and optional addition of honey. IT SLAPS

    Hey ! Fab video ❤ can I ask what your daily calorie intake is ? Sorry if you mentioned it and I missed it. I’m having around 1400 per day atm as I’m following a tracker app and it says I need to aim for this for my deficit. What’s your advice xxx
