    I loved your meals. I been eating whatever and not calorie counting. I should calorie count but i am lazy. I just need to track and measure and come up with some new meals. I want some pasta.

    Amazing work! You look incredible. You know what works best for you and your body. You’re not saying to other people to reduce their calories by this much ☺️ I’m on a weight gain journey as I’m recovering from anorexia. So I’m at actually building up very slowly on calories so loving your journey and getting meal inspiration😍 xxx

      This has been a 5 week cut, before that I was on maintenance calories since February 😂
