WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | Recovering from surgery, life catch up and training plan

  • Back with another full day of eating!
    This is what my current food plan is looking like while I'm recovering from my breast aug. Also I wanted to sit down with you all and have a big chat about how I've been feeling post operation and adapting to not training!

    Omg I feel you on the change in routine after surgery. I just went back to the gym yesterday after 11 weeks from recovery of a tummy tuck and breast augmentation and it was really taking a toll on my mental state. It felt soooo good getting back in there. Instant mood/mental change for me as soon as I stepped foot in the gym💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

    We swear by vitamin c gummies to move things along when it's all blocked up, 2 a day to be regular and 4 if there's a hold up in the system

    Hey! Gut issues are common with endo. I use psyllium husk, I buy it from Holland and Barrett and it seems to do the trick! Dried prunes are a good source of fibre but also full of sugar which isn’t great for the gut x

    The pasta looked good and mug cake. I def gotta go back to calorie counting and meal prepping and planning meals and get back to losing weight.

    I have celiacs and IBS-C, so digestion is always a struggle. But besides that, I love that light grey ribbed set that you are wearing! It’s so cute!♥️ haha, currently still binge watching your blogs.

    Are you continuing to increase your food once you start training again or are you already eating what your maintenance would be if you were training (to support your recovery from surgery)?😊
