I don’t like coffee either. I typically just have hot water during cold mornings. But today I opted for hot chocolate. Each Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate packet is only 90 Kcal. You could also opt for a tea if you prefer that. I personally like Mint Green Tea and sometimes have that in the morning instead of water.
How do I know how to calculate my meals. I don’t know what to eat of what.. people say to use my fitness pal but I’m new to all this and don’t understand 😅
