I just wanted to say thank you so much for these awesome videos! I lost 88 pounds and I never stepped foot in a gym! I only did this workout 4 times a week! I started at 430 pounds! So if anyone is on a weight loss journey keep going! It will work! I ate 2000 calories a day plus this workout 4 times a week! Blessings and love to everyone trying to make a change! You can do it! I am 79yrs old and was concerned about "lockdown" - we were unable to get items for our usual diet and limited movements during that time. I began to follow your workouts and was surprised how my arthritis symptoms improved and my family noticed I was "getting into shape"(more toned" They actually thought I had lost weight. The words of encouragement do really help me to stick with it. I am now looking to reduce my weight by a few kilos and am sure it is achievable. Our practice nurse is fully supportive of this. You guys are amazing. Really genuine personalities, no bs and knowledgeable. I like Coach's comments, just enough to remind you what to focus on. The pacing in this one is perfect for me. As soon as I start to get bored there is only 5 or 10 seconds left. Been obsessed with this one specifically as there is no soul crushing 'round 2'. I do this one so much that I repeat the comments as they come up. Every winner was once a chicken dinner!

Great! And no annoying music (this volume/beat music is fine...)! Best HITT I've done! I'm 71, put on soft ankle braces since I've had issues in the past...no problem with knees or ankles with this workout. Used 1 lb handweights and pulse hit a peak of 108 at one point...Perfect. I was surprised by the floor walk on knees, so I just did it leaning against a chair back. Next time I'll use my Aerotrainer,...
I'm really overweight and I'm working so hard on bettering myself. I've done this particular workout for two days now and I feel so proud of myself. I follow Claudia right now but as time goes on, I hope to incorporate some of coach kozacks moves too. Thank you so much Hasfit! I'm doing coach Kozak's version because I used to work out a few years ago (gained a lot of weight during pregnancy) but nevertheless... it was a bit of a challenge! Looking forward to becoming fitter.
Dear Claudia and coach Kozak, I experienced a triggering of celiac disease in summer of 2017 and went from being chronically obese to quite thin rapidly, in a way that caused muscle pain and weakness. It was devastating since I was already weak from a sedentary lifestyle before my disease wreaked havoc on my body. Your workouts strike a perfect balance between being challenging and manageable. Your attitude and instructions are absolutely great. The overall style of the videos is neither completely silent nor obnoxiously loud, once again striking a perfect balance. I am really grateful for the work you do because it's honestly helping me feel stronger and healthier and kick life's behind, and I believe you are criminally under-subscribed. If anyone experiences your workouts, it's really hard to go back to viewing any other workout channels. I really wish I lived closer to you guys to attend your gym and I will surely do my best to spread the word. Lost about 15 pounds since I started your exercises. Your exercises have been great for depression and headaches (when I have the strength to begin!) Only thing is, worried about squats' effects on my knees.

I'm getting back into fitness after letting myself go badly. I don't want to join a gym so I used the internet to search low impact cardio I could do at home. What I found, specifically your videos is an amazing resource. I did this workout today and feel on top of the world. I really love this workout as I have arthritis in both knees and this workout is truly helping my knees and overall workout that I can do and doesn’t require expensive equipment and I can do this in my home without Giotto a gym! Thank you so very much!!
I am enjoying the HASfit videos a lot! I am experienced, but like the option to do something low key when I'm not in the mood for a more intense workout. One small issue with this video: At the beginning, you say that we only need weights or water bottles, but the plank move is not possible without a mat or a towel if you're on a hard floor like the one I work out on. Could you add a note at the beginning (caption) about that?
Wow...just finished this workout and it was so effective. I primarily follow Claudia but you both as a team are so supportive and encouraging. Getting my heart rate up with limited mobility has been very challenging but finding your series is a game changer. Modified yet functional fitness feels possible now! Getting ready to do today's Foundation Beginner Workout. Just wanted to say I've lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks, went from 230 to 224 lbs. My Goal is 195. If I lose 10 more pounds I am treating myself to a skydive experience! Thank you for the videos.

So went to my physical...all good but since I turned 50, now 52, can’t move like I used to...you two make it easy and workout every part of the body. I’m sweating and feel good...done this twice but am going to keep it up with your other workouts too. I have been working out with you guys for about a year and have lost 50lbs or so. These workouts right now are very helpful for me. I don't know how I did it, but I now have a tilted pelvis and I am seeing a chiropractor for this now. I am hoping this will help me so I can get back to my body again and have fun exercising like I used to. Thanks again for the modified exercises that are added along with the videos and thank you for the stretches for the hip and back.

Getting ready to do today's Foundation Beginner Workout. Just wanted to say I've lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks, went from 230 to 224 lbs. My Goal is 195. If I lose 10 more pounds I am treating myself to a skydive experience! Thank you for the videos.

So went to my physical...all good but since I turned 50, now 52, can’t move like I used to...you two make it easy and workout every part of the body. I’m sweating and feel good...done this twice but am going to keep it up with your other workouts too. Doc told me to keep moving because of the joint pain I’ve been feeling and your workouts are perfect...THANK YOU!!!

I have been working out with you guys for about a year and have lost 50lbs or so. These workouts right now are very helpful for me. I don't know how I did it, but I now have a tilted pelvis and I am seeing a chiropractor for this now. I am hoping this will help me so I can get back to my body again and have fun exercising like I used to. Thanks again for the modified exercises that are added along with the videos and thank you for the stretches for the hip and back.
