    Thanks so much for new workouts. Im 78 and I started with senior exercises a year ago I then went to beginners after 5 months. I love that you work combinations of muscle groups and also that you talk us through the exercises. I've been with you for a year and I'm just so grateful you're here for us. I may never return to the fitness center when Covid has subsided.

    My mom exp mild stroke and her high blood pressure is 190 and to help her recover i made her do dis workouts no jumping cardio and diet and after a month her bp is 159 (its still high but atleast). Thank u so much guys

    I know you say "we're back!", but for me, you never left! I've followed you for 2+ years and love your workouts. I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's an this work is EXACTLY what I need...strength, toning, and balance. I love the new studio!!! Keep up the phenomenal work. You are a blessing in my life!

    I was afraid with these new-look workouts that you might add louder music or something else that I don't like from many other exercise videos. But no need to worry. Music is still quiet and your voices are easily heard without you shouting. Love your work :-)

    I love this routine! So glad you guys are back, and thank you for the variety you offer. As Coach says, "make this workout your own". I follow some with Claudia and some with Coach. I recommend your workouts all the time.

    I am so happy to see you back on TH-cam. I am 66 years old and have exercised my whole life. Due to some injuries and a replaced hip and shoulder I can no longer do all that I used to but continue to move every day. I really appreciate your low impact cardio videos. Thank-you for providing something for us older folks who are willing but not quite as able as once upon a time!

    Great workout! I’m a senior and found this video to be challenging, creative yet durable. You have great modifications, warmups and cool downs. There were no repeats or circuits. Also, nice touch showing timer and description of exercise in left hand corner. This was very well thought out. Way to go guys!

    This has to be my favorite workout yet!!! I felt every single exercise, it wasn't boring and, for me the best of all, totally low impact. I've done other "low impact" vids that put an awful lot of strain in my knees. Your workouts, for me, are perfect. Oh! And I love your personality, no screaming, no shaming... That actually makes me want to work harder, kindness goes a long way!!

      Hi Coach Kozakand Claudia. You make a very wonderful and a most dynamic pair. So cooperative and devoted to your work. I googled and checked many workouts But l noted that HASFIT is really good. It is 2 months l am your fan and regularly follow you. All my body pain vanishes. At first l feel lazy to wear proper clothes and shoes
      But once l am ready there is no end. I adore you both a wonderful pair who is working hard for us people. May God Bless you both and your kid with good health.

    These workouts helped me go fron never exercising couch potato to workout in morning and 40 minute lunch walks. learning that exercise will not help you lose weight took the pressure off and i began enjoying it. I had to learn that exercise can only help you maintain your current weight and that i had to change my eating to lose weight.

    Thank you for returning and for the no jumping cardio! Me working long hours and falling off my fitness routine coincided. Your weight training videos have been such a game changer for me--there is always variety of moves that are physically sound, never trendy or gimmicky, and always with modifications (I'm hypermobile).

    Recovering from back and hip injuries. This is so helpful. Movement is sooo healing and this is just right without taxing my joints too much. I wish people would use resources like this rather than pain medication--(which is often a road to nowhere in my experience as a pharmacist). Thank you!!!

    Found you guys through the snow and ice this past winter, paused doing videos as I was able to get outside for walks, hikes and biking with some neighbors, but now that we're hitting the high summer heat I love having new content to come back to and keep up my exercise safely inside. :)

    I am a runner, but developed achilles tendonitis and I am sidelined for a while. I have started doing these workouts instead, and I just love them. I will definitely continuing doing them even after I am able to run again. Thank you for providing this for us.

    Love you guy work out I've been work out at has fit for 3 years love it I had. Ankle and knee pain but your work out doesn't bother me I also loose30 lb love the 30 min standing abs love Claudia optimistic personality and always remind me to exercise safely so glad guys are back
