Hi im 39 and very over weight wiv extreme back pain and ive gone from no exercise and drinking 20 cups of coffee wiv 3/4 sugars in each cup to doing this workout 3 times a day and im only drinking 2 cups of coffee wiv 1 sugar a day i never drank water either and im now drinking it thru out the day ur exercise routine is helping me a lot i went a whole day without pain meds too thank you both im only on day 5 but i feel fantastic an i have a lot more energy thank u again x

I broke my ankle on February 25th and been feeling discouraged because I was 3 days from finishing a challenging exercise program (80 Day Obsession on beachbody). I've been trying to find a chair workout that I can do and not put pressure on my ankle. Thank you for the recommendation.
I was born with Spina Bifida, and I have a weaker spine than most people, and therefore I can't do high intense workouts, but I can definitely do sitting down exercises, and this really has helped my confidence, and ability to work out! Thank you so much. 💚

I've just recovered from mild symptoms of ?covid/flu and cant do much exercise as I get breathless. I tried this and I managed to finish until the end without getting so breathless. I will keep on doing it as I get stronger everyday. Thanks.

I was doing OK, slowly improving, with daily gym workouts, but since we started sheltering at home I just haven't been able to do enough. This workout, that gave me options for being essentially one-legged, made me feel like I could possibly get back on track with my recovery. You've no idea what that means to me!

I know this video is old but I'm SO GLAD that I found it. For the first time in my life, I've finally found a passion for working out and fitness but I recently sustained a pretty bad knee injury. I was so afraid of falling into a depressive slump and undoing all of the good work I've done over the past few months. This video has saved me. HASFit, thank you for investing in seniors, the obese, and those who have limited mobility! Because of obesity and injury, I have arthritic knees, a lumbar fusion and additional spinal stenosis. In 2019, I’ve lost 20 lbs & to progress, I have to add 20 minutes of activity daily. This was the first video I tried and I’m so encouraged. Keep up the good work! 💪

720 minute workout is absolutely wonderful for people with back issues I can get a nice workout increase my strength and feel like I've accomplished something without killing my back

Things that started to happen in my life stopped me from not working out with you. In 2017 I affected my back which turned into a back injury. Some days I can work out some day it hurts. My L4 and L5 is hurting me so badly. 😪 ( bulge disk, shooting pain up and down my leg, sacticia and herniated. I was told that I also have fibromyalgia. The doctors don't know. Each day I pray to recover little at a time. I workout so that my back will not stiffing up or lock up on me.)The back injury is still painful today. However, God has giving me confirmation that I have two more years. Through the pain I still will and have managed to make time to work out with you all again. My back went out on me twice last year. It's been a little hard to workout and not have pain. Today I was using another workout video. It was causing me even more pain. I stumbled upon this video. I must say I finished this video and wow wow wow it helped me so much. I feel energized and i feel like i had a total workout. I don't feel any pain in my back. Many thanks for your great workout video . The idea of 'traditional' and 'lite' version is great too for those who can't do perfectly. That really prevents people from getting discouraged not being able to do the traditional set so well !

Great work out as I've just had a toe operation and can't weight bear at all on my right foot... but needed some accessible exercise while I go stir crazy at home.

Tamia let me tell you I've had 4 back surgeries it's pins and screws in my spine it's hard for me to walk it's hard for me to stand all I do is lay in my bed so I'm glad I came across this video because I am definitely going to start doing this today so far I lost 35 lbs I didn't even exercise I tried to walk when I could which wasn't much I just cut out the foods that was making me fat and I was drinking my protein powder shake when I got hungry I drank that 2 twice a day and ate dinner I didn't snack maybe you should try the protein powder and cut out the sweets and fried foods I'm telling you will lose weight

Just wanted to thank you for making this video years ago, which is very helpful to me especially during extended Covid lockdown in my country. Your video is very good and intense enough to make me sweat, though not so much on the cardio, more on strength and core workout. My back went out on me twice last year. It's been a little hard to workout and not have pain. Today I was using another workout video. It was causing me even more pain. I stumbled upon this video. I must say I finished this video and wow wow wow it helped me so much. I feel energized and i feel like i had a total workout. I don't feel any pain in my back. I would definitely continue these workout. Thanks you.

Many thanks for your great workout video . The idea of 'traditional' and 'lite' version is great too for those who can't do perfectly. That really prevents people from getting discouraged not being able to do the traditional set so well !

Great work out as I've just had a toe operation and can't weight bear at all on my right foot... but needed some accessible exercise while I go stir crazy at home.
You two are adorable. I really enjoy these workouts with you! Keep up the good work. Be proud, you truly do help people! I'm 73 and not on any prescription medications and I will keep it that way. Movement is the way to a happy life.

I had both hips replaced almost 5 years ago. I have lost just about all muscle strength. I am a real fall risk so this will be really good for me I will start this tomarrow. Thanks for caring about older folks. I am also very over weight.

Tamia let me tell you I've had 4 back surgeries it's pins and screws in my spine it's hard for me to walk it's hard for me to stand all I do is lay in my bed so I'm glad I came across this video because I am definitely going to start doing this today so far I lost 35 lbs I didn't even exercise I tried to walk when I could which wasn't much I just cut out the foods that was making me fat and I was drinking my protein powder shake when I got hungry I drank that 2 twice a day and ate dinner I didn't snack maybe you should try the protein powder and cut out the sweets and fried foods I'm telling you will lose weight

Hi I hope you are still getting notification for comments of an old video posted. Just wanted to thank you for making this video years ago, which is very helpful to me especially during extended Covid lockdown in my country. Your video is very good and intense enough to make me sweat, though not so much on the cardio, more on strength and core workout. Still, very good and a nice change from my usual fitness guru, Caroline Jordan whom I follow for her chair cardio as well.
