I'm gonna guess the 99 star thing and the "this is the last star" thing would be used for a game mode where everyone has to get 99 stars, and then once the last one gets 99 stars the game ends, showing who got 99 stars first, second, third and last, Also, using chance time to take someone else's stars that already got 99 stars would put you in the next position, like, if you are on last place, if you chance time'd against someone else, you'd be on the "third position", this mode could be easily scrapped due to how slow it'd get.
Nah I'd say that's a stretch. It really just seems like they had it as a "this will never happen but just in case it does, let's have a line here" thing. Especially because in every mario party after 1-3 they also have lines for max stars (even when the max count was increased to 999).
I agree w you basically, but it prolly would have been a game mode where you could choose an amount of stars (something more reasonable, like 5) and the person who gets that amount first wins (as you described).
24:12 The square wooden container is a Japanese tableware called "Masu(枡)". It is used to measure rice and sake. It is not supposed to be used for baking cakes, but if Japanese people see it, they will all say "Masu".
The next gray vessel is a Japanese cooking utensil called a "Usu(臼)". Neither of these are seen these days, so they are quite out of place tableware.
The tableware is typical of Kyoto, where Nintendo's headquarters is located.

I love the funny Mario thing on the thumbnail of the video, it was pretty good. Anyways, I wanna know if you're gonna make a Pac man world lost bits video. Every single game in the trilogy. Including world rally. And be sure to remember to tell everyone that the characters Happy and Mr. Driller are ONLY used in the psp version. Is that the version they're used in? If not then which one was it again?

Might be a early player maker when it’s not their turn. Mario Party 2 (and 3?) use sprites similar to that one in place of a model likely to save on processing power.
