    Thank you for sharing your workouts with us! I am a cancer survivor. 5 months ago I completed 16 rounds of chemo and your workouts are helping me with my recovery and to return to my previous fitness level.

    Legit the only workout I’ve been able to complete during the lockdown that was easy enough not to discourage me and challenging enough to feel like I did something significant. Mental and physical win tbh

    all my life i've been obese but then i started working out july last year. i've been doing body project workouts at home and lost 30 kg since then. right now i have 6 kg more to lose until i reach my goal weight. usually i do their high impact videos but since i tested positive for covid-19 last sunday, (i'm asymptomatic except for mild cough and cold), i've been doing their H2O videos these past few days (my doctor recommended me to do light exercise only). hope to get back on track soon. i love body project so much, thank you for helping me love myself more.

      body project was also my go-to when i suffered from covid! the workouts are easier and you can go slow as you wish :D

    This is the kind of comment I have been looking for on these "low impact beginner" cardio workouts, so hopefully someone else finds this helpful!

      @@Niki-81811 You're welcome! I find this kind of thing helpful also, so I figured someone else might too! I just did a couple of their other ones as well... "Standing, low impact beginner workout with Team Body Project" - Active Calories was 317 on that one. And the one I did yesterday "Beginner/intermediate interval cardio workout - Cardio starter 2!" was a little bit longer but Active Calories was 379!

      There is no way this workout burns more than 200 calories unless if you're a boy and you're overweight

      yasmine abd Well I’m sorry it’s not possible for you... but I burn about 100 calories for every 10 minutes of cardio 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I truly believe that thanks to you both I have not only been successful thusfar in my weight reduction/healthy eating/living journey but also remain injury free on my new job. After my entire adult life working in an office sitting all day, I have just started a little part-time semi-retirement gig at a local grocery store working in the produce department. Lots of movement, lifting, pushing etc. I had to core 50 pineapples day 1 and thanks to all the workouts I've been doing with you both, I had no aches that nite or the next day.     I'm from the Caribbean and I love your work out routines. I have lost close to 15 pounds in 5 months. I normally hate working out but your routines are enjoyable and effective. I also like that you have programs with different times and intensity. My BMI is now where it should be.Thank you.

      I never knew just 20-30mins can fit you up all around so much. Its the best workout i am telling friends ditch gyms and equipment n do this I was ref to your site by my brother in uk whose been following you and wow wow doesn't he look amazing HUnk at 50 in just a yr. last yr n i got fit in just 3 mths i was struggling With breathlessnes, tiredness, then my preg stopped me.     Oh my gosh I’m so tired after doing this! Lol probably the hardest 20 minuets of my life! I’ve been doing exercises twice daily and this is day 30 for me, think I lost about 13-14 pounds so far!

    I am currently suffering from plantar faciitis, and I have been actively looking for a video on TH-cam that would give me a great low impact Hiit workout. I have to be honest when I say that I was pleasantly surprised, by how good this video is. I'm sweaty and tired! Lol, thank you for sharing this video!

    This used to be an easy day for me, then I had to totally cancel any working out for weeks, and am just resuming exercise with workouts like this one, and it's tough! My legs are totally sore today. It's amazing how quickly we change!

    Easing back in to exercise. I had a torn meniscus repair last April and Bicep and rotator cuff repair in October and haven’t really exercised in almost a year, except for physical therapy which included 6-10 minutes on elliptical or hand bike. I decided to try this video and I just want to say thank you. I was able to do the whole thing. I’m not able to squat as low or reach as high as you guys but the exercises were easy to modify to my limitations and I still got my heart rate up. I throughly enjoyed this workout and you both are so easy to listen to. Looking forward to sub zero.

    Wow I did this two days ago and the next day my glutes were feeling the burn, even when I did it again today I could still feel it in my glutes and outer thighs. This is a pretty good workout for just twenty minutes.

    This was my first time working out with you guys. I thought I was more then ready for this, but as soon as we did the side steps and touch down to the left I felt a horrible pain that stopped me in my tracks! I screamed and I couldn’t move. My side felt like a huge Charley horse. It doesn’t make sense because I’ve been using my rower for 20 min a day for 3 months and walking 2 miles a day. And the last 4 weeks I’ve been doing easy work outs for core strength. I am 60 but have been very active and healthy until last year when I got depressed and quit doing much. How could that one move do this to me? I sure hope it doesn’t get any worse because I have to take care of my husband who is disabled.
    But you guys are so nice and and I hope I can join you in the future....but I won’t me bending over like that.

    Such an excellent workout! I wanted to break in a quick sweat without jarring my joints, and this was the perfect way to do it. Plus, working out with the two of them is like working out with a pair of super encouraging and understanding friends. The music in the background was quite epic as well. Usually workout videos have pretty lousy music in the back, but BP has got it right!

    Love your videos! I do them 3 times a week for over 2 years now! I have terrible knees, so I love the low impact. However I had a few videos saved that are now private that were total body interval training with weights. I would love to see more of them!

    When I first started this I thought it was going to be too easy compared to the other TH-cam workout I've been doing. I stuck with it, and it felt easier than my usual routine the whole time, but I worked up three times the sweat!!! Love it!

    I had knee surgery and spinal lumbar Ablation 3 months ago and I just started working out again after not being able to for a long time and this was a great perfect workout for me. Low impact just like it said which I appreciated and yet it was not easy so it pushed me. A great end to my training for the day. Thanks.

    Thank you so much for posting such awesome workouts! I use to be a dancer but suffer from a nerve and muscular disease, so high impact just doesn't work anymore. This is a great way to give me a similar rush that I use to feel! Thank you-- I could cry!

    I didn't have time to do this one in the morning like I usually prefer for my daily workout so I jumped on and completed it while my toddler napped. Harder to do midday, but your encouragement got me through. Thank you!

    Really liked this one -- I'm under drs orders to keep my HR under a certain number when I workout and with your workouts I LOVE the ways I can dial it in each day just as I need to. ❤❤❤

    Im loving this! I only get about 30min from start to finish so its great to have good 20min workouts that way i can get water got to the bathroom or just take it at my own pace.

    @Body Project as a very overweight person I appreciate this workout especially as there is no floor work which is hard for me to do right now. At least with this I can get started.

    Whew! A brilliant 20 mins! I'm currently far more movtivated to do a 20-min session than 30, and with one like this, I don't think I'm mussing much by not doing 30! And yes to PJ's to birthday suit!!!
