    I did chemo for a year and anyone that knows how it affects your health your not the same but with the proper intake of food and exercise these are the perfect videos for getting my health back! I no longer have cancer and I lost 55lbs. My strength, balance and muscle tone has improved.

    Panting and sweating heavily as I type this. I tried my best but I couldn't complete this routine today. I'll be back.
    Edit: (5 days later) I made it to the end! Panting and sweating (and with the help of short breaks) I made it and I feel amazing. Hope to improve even more...

    This has been good for quarantine with a 3 month old getting it in when she’s taking her afternoon nap.. I just mute this and have my own music in the background so I don’t think of it as a workout.. just having fun and getting the results 🥳

    68 here...have been doing a variety of BP cardio/resistance videos for about a year and my daughter said to change it up! So I did this one...felt the burn and in 25 min. thought it was a great workout! Thanks to TBP!

    I love this workout, it’s fast and effective. Also, it only features instrumental music (can’t think of the proper term). I prefer this, as opposed to rap, hip hop, pop, etc. Please make more videos with instrumental music. Thank you for what you do!

    A mix of boxing is like a dessert on the topping and without it, exercise doesn't seem to be done.

    I have been doing team body project workout for a couple of months now and I love it. I love Daniel’s workout routine, just that for this video I would have loved him showing an example of each workout (just like how Alex did) before starting the routine.

    I'm 51 and I don't have dreams of losing 119 lbs like the girl on the video; I just want to be healthy and I have to say that I love these videos and the exercises. I've been doing them daily for a few weeks now (thanks to the Covid-19 quarantine) and I've tried different routines from different channels, but I decided to stick with Daniel and Alexis as I find their routines work for me and my body.     I always follow Daniel & Alex video cardio workout. I love it every cardio workout from them can burnt at least 150 calories😊. I had torn Acl but these exercise can recover my knee injuries & built up muscle at my harmstring.

      En is-haaq so update I lost 20 pounds !!!!!!!! Friends literally say I look diff person loll I did 4-5 days If im hyped and not tired I do advance , lazy days I do low impact, but now I’m gonna do more into abs etc caue my legs are skinny now and cardio makes it skinnier and I don’t want that but over all cardio is great for all body fat loss, include a diet !!!!! First week is hard yes but loose the 1-2 pounds and you feel amazing and motivated !! Remember nothing taste like skinny tastes lol my sister would tell me when I would crave junk

      me too, my hips muscles also, so I stopped for two days doing it so my muscle won't torn out. As I did it again, surprisingly, I learned to adjust my breathing rythm.
