I'm 51 and I don't have dreams of losing 119 lbs like the girl on the video; I just want to be healthy and I have to say that I love these videos and the exercises. Friends literally say I look diff person loll I did 4-5 days If im hyped and not tired I do advance , lazy days I do low impact, but now I’m gonna do more into abs etc caue my legs are skinny now and cardio makes it skinnier and I don’t want that but over all cardio is great for all body fat loss, include a diet !!!!! First week is hard yes but loose the 1-2 pounds and you feel amazing and motivated !! Remember nothing taste like skinny tastes lol my sister would tell me when I would crave junk
