    A seated workout video to Christmas music.!!!!! I love it and what more could a little 74 year old lady in the Sunshine State ask for???You know how much I love all your seated exercise videos and do them every day but this one was so special and all I can say is "Thank You" and may you and your lovely family have a very blessed Christmas and a happy and holy New Year. God Bless You Jules.I so appreciate you and all you do for us Seniors.

    I didn't mind doing this routine even though it's not Christmas: it elevated my spirits. I pushed harder and went faster where I could, and refused to limit myself to the slower marching speed, and even marched during many of the upper body moves that didn't require any leg moves. I had a great time and feel accomplished. A super routine. Many folks wouldn't look as nice as you do in that Santa Hat! Thanks so much Jules...Anastasia

      Aw, thanks Anastasia. I personally love Christmas music so I could do a Christmas workout at any time of the year.😉 Kudos to you for pushing yourself during the marching.

    This was so much fun! Please continue to use the countdown clock---it makes the time go faster for me! Merry Christmas! I cannot thank you enough for your great workout videos. I have gone from not exercising at all, to exercising every day. At 66 years of age and not in the greatest shape, I really enjoy working out with you! I am really FINALLY in to the wonders of exercise!

    Loved everything about this exercise workout. The music without talking made the exercise time go by so fast. Just listen to the music and before you know it you are done. Countdown clock is great too. Enjoyed seeing all the notes on the wall, that was fun. Please keep doing more of the same! Thank you for the work outs.

    Thank you so very much for this wonderful video. It has helped me loosen up my old bones. I recently took a bad fall and have been recovering slowly as old people will do. This video and some of your others, combined with my physical therapy has worked wonders with the pain. Please keep the countdown clock, It makes the time go faster. Your happy face and smiles always makes me smile and feel good. I hope you and your family have a safe, healthy and happy holiday and New Year.

      I'm sorry to hear about your recent fall, Judy. I hope the continued workouts with me (and PT) will make your legs stronger so the chance of falling will decrease. I know how frustrating an injury and a set back can be. I am happy to see you are back to exercise again and able to work out.     I do this workout with my 74yo mom every night. I get a little laugh when at 5min your watch disappeared. Thanks for doing there videos.

      Lol, oh yes, I forgot about that! I was having issues with my camera shutting off and had to keep trying to redo it. I can't remember now how many retakes I had to do and then had to edit it from those. There are so many challenges with creating videos that viewers often don't see (but you caught one!). I love that you do this workout with your mom...and Christmas music, yet too! You must both love Christmas!

    Good Morning, Thought the chair was going to be easier on the 64 year old body. But Dang, it was a workout for me.. definitely different muscles used…. 2nd day now .. you got what it takes to get me moving.. Thank you so much… Merry Christmas
