    Hey yogis, while outside I decided to film a quick little sequence to show you how I stretch my neck when I'm short on time. I've been wrestling with a kink in my neck but I do this sequence every day and it's helped a lot!! It's very simple and great for all levels.

      Hi. Quick question for clarification on the last pose: when clasping the back of the neck in the standing forward pose, do I let my chin sit/rest on the back of my forearm as if my chin is being cradled/supported? Not sure if I've explained it well but hope you get what i mean!

      Hi Kassandra I have been doing your yoga oof & on a few years now. Trying to get into a routine still. I really only find your yoga resonates with me best. My request is a 10 minute neck stretch combined with a short lower back relief. I usually do 2 videos to get these results.

    I love this practice because it was one of the few I could still do when I had Covid and was fully deprived of energy. It kept me going during that difficult time. I'm well recovered now and can do most classes but sometimes I like to go back to this.

    While this isn't my first yoga session with you. I just have to say, your videos have been life changing. I sit hunched over 8 hours a day, my neck and back are in horrible pain by the end of the week. And your videos are the only thing that help. I literally grew a half inch after doing one of your 30 day challenges. Thank you so much for what you do. 🙏

    Thank you so much Kassandra, I have never found any neck stretch to be so effective as these ones. I started working in a deli so I'm standing all day, looking down at a chopping board 😂 as well as looking at my piano. This helped amazingly.

    The right side of my neck is always where it hurts & I Have Nots. This great neck stretch. Love the scenery as well & the bird noises. I couldn't tell if it was the birds in the video or the birds outside my window lol. Namaste

    I've done this many times and this is THE practice I go to when I have neck/shoulder problems. I absolutely love it and I wish I'd been doing this more. I still have lingering neck pain from hunching over a desk at school from a few months back, and you are basically (as far as I know) the most effective at relieving it!

    I never liked yin yoga so much in my whole life. I am 55 years old and my neck is a mess after having 35 radiations in 2015. Your stretches are the only ones that works for me. I am so grateful to have found you Kassandra

    I walk up 10 days ago, couldn't move my neck. Had a real bad couple of days with Painkiller what made me more sick than before. Now I try sinds a few days to do this kind of exercice to recover. Thank you so much. It's realy helpfull. Have a nice day.

    Thanks so much, I found your session really helpful. I have had a series of muscle and rib injuries over the past year that have proved troublesome to overcome. This has not been helped by the fact I have fibromyalgia. the exercises were easy, gentle, time friendly and very beneficial. I shall look at some longer sessions for when I have longer time slots to spare.

    THIS HELPED ME SO MUCH!!! I'm actually shocked how much this helped. That last two days I've had almost zero range of motion in my neck. I slept funny and woke up with excruciating pain whenever I tried to move my neck, radiating throughout my left shoulder and neck up behind my ear. After this video, the pain is still there in certain positions, but it's much more tolerable and I can actually move my neck! I have almost my full range of motion back without pain! Thank you!
