I just wanted to thank you for the incredible impact your videos have had on my recovery journey. My in-person physical therapy wasn't as effective, but your clear and straightforward exercises helped me so much. Your videos helped me realize which exercises were making me worse (exercises I should avoid and more focused for BPPV). Your guidance has been invaluable, and I truly appreciate how well you explain everything. I've been hurt since a car accident in August 2024, but for the first time in a long time I have hope I will get better. One suggestion: a comprehensive video compiling all exercises (could have #1 exercises for beginning your healing journey and #2 more intermediate and advanced exercises as your neck is strengthening)! Thank you for empowering me to take control of my healing process-your work is truly life-changing!
Your comment made my day. So glad you found the videos helpful. Here is a comprehensive video "A complete guide to Cervicogenic Dizziness" th-cam.com/video/W2pneE4J6ag/w-d-xo.html Stay safe and I will be praying for you and all the victims of these terrible fires. Florida sends you love!
@@physiotipswithmarrow5836 please keep up the great work. You're helping people all over! I hope your page gets the recognition it deserves. I will recommend it to all my friends. Brand new video with a simple but effective exercise for decreasing neck pain and cervicogenic dizziness. Leave me a comment if you found the exercise helpful. Good luck out there!
Thank you! I have kept a snack-size ziplock with rice in my kitchen since seeing you several years a go. Once in a while, if I feel "off", I'll grab it & do a few of these exercises. Works like a charm! ⭐
Hello Doctor. Im about 7 minutes, 2.8 miles North of you in Jacksonville. I drove from North Carolina and Ive been having the cervogenic dizzy spells. I know its probably dumb to ask but is it impossible to get treated by you before heading back up? Xrays or something. I pay out of my own pocket. Thanks
Contact our office via website www.australianptcom. We open Monday and could see you at 11.30am. Hope that helps. Office number 904 337 1090 and we open at 8.30 on Monday.
I just found you tonight and I love your videos. I have a question , why do I have bad dizzy/vertigo after I lift weights? I cannot do any kind of upper body exercise ie. swimming/walking with poles..nothing upper body without being dizzy anywhere from 4-12 hours later. Thank you in advance!
Very common response if your neck has lost strength and stability. Every lift, push, or pull with your upper extremities puts stress on the neck. If your neck experiences strain, this could easily be translated into dizziness. Hope that helps and best of luck!

I'm typing this from my apartment in Los angeles, where the fires make it easy to have a grim outlook. But you gave me hope!
