    In this video, we're going to talk about how to get rid of kidney stones with lemons. 59% of kidney stones that are developed are calcium oxalate stones, 10% are calcium phosphate, and 17% are uric acid stones. When the oxalates combine with the calcium in the kidney, they can form sharp crystals that could irritate the kidney, joints, and other tissues.
    What Causes Kidney Stones?
    1. Decreased urine volume - not consuming enough fluids
    2. Increased oxalates in the body - oxalates come from food, and the body also makes oxalates
    3. The urine is too acidic
    4. Increased blood calcium
    5. Low citrates
    You could take calcium citrates to minimize dietary oxalates, or you can consume goat or sheep cheese with the meal. The calcium will combine with the oxalates in the digestive system, go through the body, and not be absorbed as much into the blood and kidneys.
    Functions of citrates:
    1. Inhibits the formation of stones
    2. Dissolves stones
    3. Inhibits the stickiness of calcium oxalates to the kidney tissue itself-allowing the stone to go through the body without sticking
    Lemon juice is a great potential remedy for kidney stones. Here's why:
    • It has the highest concentration of citrates out of any food
    • It helps to alkalize the body
    • It has low calcium
    • It has a low fructose
    What to do:
    • Have 1 cup of lemon juice in the morning
    • Mix 1 cup of lemon juice into 10 cups of water and drink throughout the day

    I’ve drank lemon juice with apple cider vinegar and I passed stones through my urine, also it dissolved my gall bladder stones. Then I drink raw extra virgin olive oil. I started eating lots of apples 🍏 realizing it contains malic acid which softens my gallbladder stones. Thank you doctor 🥰🥰

      @@tanujarai4361 Mix 1 teaspoon of barley powder in half glass water and boil it. After boiling it will be thick like soup. Simply add little salt, sugar and lemon juice as per taste and drink it twice a day till stone dissolve completely.
      Before starting this treatment, obtain a sonography to know the size of stone. And after 2 months, again have a sonography to compare and to be ascertain, how much size of stone is remaining now and how long you need to drink barley.
      I came to know about this treatment from older generation and 100s of patients are cured up till now who believes me. If you too want to avoid operation, try it.

    Today I returned from 5 days in hospital where I was scanned, x-rayed, politely prodded and placed on saline solution and a lot of pain killers. They couldn't remove the stone so let me out this afternoon. This is Italy so we have lots of lemons. The pain flared up again but instead of taking pain killers I took a glass of lemon juice, not bitter at all. Within a few minutes I could feel the pain begin to ease. I'll get some more lemons in the morning and post an update in a few days. Thank you.

    • @artytomparis
      @artytomparis 3 ปีที่แล้ว +47

      I continue to be pain free. Have drunk a glass of lemon each morning and follow up during the day with water containing about 20% lemon juice. It's as though I had no problem at all. I'm sure the doctors would be horrified, especially after all the equipment they used on me and how mysterious and non communicative they are.

    • @artytomparis
      @artytomparis 3 ปีที่แล้ว +36

      Update. I got a bit slack about the lemon juice because I felt perfectly fine . The pain returned. Just to be clear, I was still drinking one glass in the morning but I didn't follow up with enough water containing 20% lemon juice. In just one day the pain returned. Right back up to the intense levels it had been. So I reduced my calorie intake and went back to drinking about a liter of water containing 20% lemon juice throughout the day, in addition to the glass of lemon juice in the morning. It made the difference and the pain disappeared. Feeling fine again. Wonder how long I will have to keep this up?

    • @artytomparis
      @artytomparis 3 ปีที่แล้ว +36

      1st of August. Still on the lemons. Regularly drinking the juice of 2 pressed lemons in the morning and one liter of water throughout the day containing 20% lemon juice. No pain. Strength has returned. Feeling very well. The kidneys throb if I eat carbs. For instance, a bowl of pasta (I'm in Italy) results in a slight throbbing sensation, so I am reducing carb input. Not hard for me, I don't eat bread, biscuits, etc.
      No sense of throbbing if I eat meat or drink soup. Have ordered vitamin K2 and Gall bladder salts. Even if I didn't have kidney stones I would recommend the glass of lemon juice every day. It feels very good.

    • @artytomparis
      @artytomparis 3 ปีที่แล้ว +37

      15th August. Still taking the lemons.
      2 in the morning - straight squeezed. Plus 2 lemons in one litre of water which I drink during the day to hydrate.
      The bile salts seem to be working though it's more difficult to know. I have not been as tired after meals, if that is any indication.
      If I don't take the lemon or reduce my hydration or eat too much, the kidneys start to throb but the pain has not returned. I have markedly more energy and people tell me that I am looking a lot fitter. I won't stop taking the lemon for at least a week but I'll have some on standby to take if the pain returns. Either way I think lemons will remain a part of my diet. They cut food cravings and are very refreshing.

    I had kidney stones years ago and do not wish to experience this again. I started drinking a pressed lemon juice diluted in a quart gallon of water (1 liter) every day. I started in the morning with a glass and continued all day long. After one year I went to see the nephrologist for a checkup. He told me that my kidneys were now in the right size and working well. He added I do not know what you are doing, but it is working, and you do not need surgery anymore. After 8 years, I do not have experienced any kidney issues.

      Charmulaa , as crazy as it sounds. They told me that my stone was 9mm as well. I had sharp pain in my left abdomen, back, and side. It would get worse when ever I would urinate. I drank the gallon of lemon juice and water, and by the end of the day, I felt something come out while I was urinating.. like just a quick sharp pain. Sorry for the graphics lol, just trying to give you all the info.

    • @t.h.6303
      @t.h.6303 5 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Charmulaa, It doesnt take long to pass it after you do the lemon water. You need a lot of it though. I used this method for my Husband once, and it worked for him as well. I think that my stone was still in the Kidney(had not started to move yet) or else I have a high tolerance for pain. My husband on the other hand, was much worse off. He had trouble moving around, and broke out in a sweat and fever. I had to force him to drink it. After a few hours, he was as good as new.

    This worked perfectly. I had a 6mm stone that I had to endure from the kidney down the ureter until it entered my bladder. It was excruciating! Over the course of about 2 weeks I drank 3L of freshly squeezed lemon juice. I went back to the doctor to get an x-ray and the stone was no where to be found! The doctor said I either passed it, or it dissolved in my bladder. I certainly didn’t feel a 6mm stone pass from my bladder, thankfully! 😅

For example: in this list, the oxalate content of almonds is 134mg per cup, and peanuts 261mg per cup, while in the list provided in your other video is almonds: 469mg per 100gr, and peanuts: 140mg of oxalates per 100gr. I got a kidney stone the first time I tried the keto diet several years ago. I discovered it was most likely because many of the foods I was eating were high in oxalates. Some I cut out, but I also started drinking lemon water, and just drinking more water in general to flush things out, and supplementing with both potassium and magnesium citrates. I still eat some high oxalate foods, but haven't had any problems since that first stone. If you've never had a kidney stone, believe me, you do not ever want one. I can't even tell you how painful they are, it is that bad.
