I have been dealing with stones for almost ten years. I started getting them when I was 19. I am 28 now and in February I had five stones. 5mm two 4mm and a smaller one in all in my right kidney and one 2mm in the left. I have had the stones analyzed. They are mostly made up of brushite. I was told that not much is known about what causes that. Could this be related to what you were talking about in this video? I have had the procedure done three separate times in my life to have stones removed. I have had over twenty stones in the nine years. My diet is not terrible. I am pulling at straws here trying to figure out why this is happening. I had an X-ray in November I only had one. Go to the ER in February (only three months) to then have five. Please help me.
Dr. have you examined the ingredients of low sugar Monster energy drinks? If so please tell me if you think drinking enough of these over a period of time can cause or increase the size of kidney stones. The blue canned letters contain little sugar but it does contrain sucralose, a controversial artificial sweetner, with possible dangers. I have suspected this to be the case but would like your opinion.
I was getting a stone about every 2 years and ended up in the ER twice. The last one I had was 7mm and the doctors told me I wouldn't be able to pass it so they scheduled me to see a Urologist to put me under while they ran a scope through the ureter to break it up. While waiting for the appointment I read up on every natural remedy I could find. I did the lemon remedy and also apple cider vinegar treatments. After doing these my pain was completely gone within about 4 days. I still had to go to the urologist appointment which was a week later and they did another scan that morning but didn't tell me the results. I was feeling wonderful with no pain but just a little tired. I wasn't sure if the stone was still there though so I went along with the doctors who went ahead and did the scheduled procedure. When I woke up from the anesthesia they told me there was nothing there to break up. The stone had apparently dissolved due to the lemon water and apple cider vinegar. Ever since then I try to drink water every day with a couple of capfuls of organic apple cider vinegar. I haven't had a stone in over 8 years now. I tell every one I can about apple cider vinegar's wonderful benefits. I used to drink a lot of soda (Mountain Dew especially) and so I was often dehydrated from the sugar and caffeine. Dr. Berg is right in that you need to stay hydrated. My doctors had told me that from their experience they have a saying "Once a stoner, always a stoner" implying that you are going to be stuck with these things the rest of your life but that is not true. You can find natural remedies to prevent or heal your body if you get them. The lemon remedy works as follows: buy about a dozen lemons or so and in the first hour squeeze them to fill a cup of 6 to 8 ounces. Drink this down undiluted in the first hour. For the next hour and every hour afterwards throughout the rest of the day squeeze a lemon in with a cup of 8 ounces water. Drink this diluted lemon water every hour. You can also do apple cider vinegar mixed with water which is what i do now to prevent them from forming, or dissolve them if formed. I've also heard asparagus helps with the urinary tract too. Anyway, Merry Christmas and God bless everyone who reads this. Kidney stones are horribly painful and I pray you never get one.
@@namvet1968 Good luck! Apple cider vinegar works too. Make sure to get the kind with the mother in it if you try that. I like the Bragg brand but I have bought others too.
@Eppy Channel If you already have a stone I would drink as much as you can tolerate and do it numerous times a day. For preventive maintenance I drink about 2 teaspoonfuls in 12 ounces of water once a day. I do consume it every day. In the summer when it's hot out I sometimes drink more. I basically try to see how I feel when I urinate. I can tell if I am starting to get dehydrated (my urine may be cloudy or there will be a slight burning sensation). I hit the water and vinegar and then I feel much better. Good luck and God bless. Hope this helps you.
My UROLOGIST TOLD ME, lemon water- NOT EVERY GLASS AS YOU CAN mess up other things, but yes it works, TCM would say it stimulates teh liver to start breaking things down.
How to help prevent kidney stones: 1. Drink 2.5 liters of fluid per day 2. Take calcium citrate and consume lemons 3. Take potassium citrate 4. Take garlic 5. Get on Healthy Keto® and do intermittent fasting 6. Decrease stress on yourself and your microbiome Before using any natural remedies to break up biofilms, take TUDCA and have activated charcoal on hand. Thank you Dr Berg! 🐱👍🏿
That much water is not good for everyone. People who suffer migraines need more salt than those who don't have migraines. Water dilutes electrolytes, including salt/sodium.
I don't do any of the above and I have never had any kidney stones in my 58 years.i especially never drink 2.5 litres of water and I'm healthy as can be.
Water, Lemons, Garlic. I am surprised that olive oil wasn't mentioned haha. i.e. A TRADITIONAL Greek salad is the way to go!!! Calcium - Feta Citrate - Lemons Potassium - Coriander, dill, basil, parsley, oregano Olive oil - Anti-inflammatory Vinegar - regulates your blood sugar levels Other herbs and vegetables that you can't go wrong with like olives, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and cabbage
3 years ago, I made a resolution to take better care of my teeth when I noticed signs of neglect were starting to show. Until that point, brushing my teeth was just something I did before I left the house so my breath wouldn’t offend people, and I almost never brushed before bed…and since dentists always gave me the impression that flossing is pretty much optional, I opted not to. So on 1/1/2020, I brushed and flossed before bed. When I woke up on 1/2/2020, I noticed my psoriasis looked much better. I wondered if it was related, but psoriasis changes from day to day, so I tossed it up to coincidence, but my curiosity about it motivated me to brush and floss before bed again that night. When I woke up on 1/3/2020, my psoriasis looked better again. And on it went, brushing and flossing before bed, and seeing improvement in my psoriasis upon waking the next day. At the time, like most Americans, I was woefully ignorant of the pathogenic potential of oral microbes. But I NEVER believed that so-called autoimmune disorders are caused by an immune system going haywire for no good reason, or because of some lousy genes that were passed down. (Handing down destructive genetic material to our offspring makes absolutely no sense from an evolutionary perspective.) I always knew SOMETHING REAL was triggering my immune system to respond in this way…something doctors couldn’t yet detect or something they were overlooking. It took about 6 months of nightly brushing and flossing to completely clear up my psoriasis naturally without any meds or topical treatments. I wish I had known this back when I first broke out with it in 8th grade, I could have saved my mother a small fortune in dermatology treatments that only left me feeling helpless because they never worked. And I could have gone through high school without the ugly scales all over my elbows and knees. If anyone had informed me that oral hygiene is THIS important, I would’ve taken much better care of my teeth for the past 50 years!!! I had to know why it worked, but back in 2020, Google wasn’t much help. I had to dig into published microbial studies and follow my intuition for a few months to find my answers. When I read about biofilms for the first time, I knew right then that psoriasis is a biofilm infection, not a disordered immune system. The hardest part about having worked all this out myself is that I now understand things that most doctors haven’t even heard about yet. It is so refreshing to hear an MD speak intelligently about the things I have been learning and know to be true. I would love to hear your thoughts on using ginseng in addition to freeze dried garlic while clearing biofilm infections.
After starting Keto and intermittent fasting two years ago by watching your videos, I've lost and kept off 35 lbs. I'm at a good weight. Thank you for your informative videos.

Hi doctor. I am writing from Turkey. I also had a kidney stone problem. We in Turkey can solve this problem in two ways. First, we drink yogurt water on an empty stomach every morning. This is the exact solution. Secondly, avocado leaf tea is drunk on an empty stomach in the morning. This is the second exact solution.
@@doctorletu9763you mix 1 cup plain whole fat yogurt with 1 cup water. You can dilute or concentrate depending on the water amount. Make sure to put some salt. It’s the best electrolyte drink there is especially drink it cold in the summer. Very refreshing.
Dr Berg is motivated through helping people not going through speel to say you can buy a 30 day supply of tablets for $50. A genuine guy imparting medical knowledge to overcome medical issues. Thanks Dr Berg.
Merry Christmas doctor; ever since finding your keto videos, I went from 90kg to now 74 kg in just five months! In addition to avoiding sugars, carbs of all kinds and just eating breakfast and dinner skipping lunch, I would walk at least 5km a day. I put on the weight due to anti depressants and used to be 63kg and thought I would never get back to my normal self, but I'm half way there so thanks very much
I am from the Netherlands. I've had serious stomach / intestinal problems for a year now. according to the doctors from a diaphragmatic rupture. But the diagnosis was vague while I had severe complaints. Started TUDCA/NAC 3 weeks ago. Pain complaints have now been reduced by at least 75%. Every day better. Thank you very much for your video!!!!!
You are the only dr that I know that looks at the health issues as a connection of all body functions from hundreds of different angles, not just one thing! Is all connected! Thank you!
You never cease to amaze me with your new angle on our health related issues. Although I don't have a kidney stone problem, but this video really hit home by addressing all the related symptoms. Thank you for another awesome video!
From my research it appears that scientists have disproven the nanobacteria theory and have since updated the scientific terminolgy to specify these protein-minera; formations as being non-living nano-molecules formed from biomineralization rather than bacteria. IS there any additional literature available refuting this counter position on the subject?
@@UsdSkate123 Great catch there, Joe. But I would still be suspicious of this counter theory - enough so that I'd check in to who funded their research/grant(s) l. Then I would consider that the technique/protocol revealed by Dr Berg does actually work, although how it appeared effective on a non-living entity I haven't a current thought.
I have suffered a long time with a kidney stone. I was told it was gallstones so they removed my gallbladder. The attacks didn't go away and now years later on a CT scan for a large fibroid they found a kidney stone. I plan to start lemon water right away while getting all the items in this video. Thank you! 🍋❤🍋

I'd like to add one thing in preventing kidney stones. In February 2020, an awful crisis triggered a sepsis schock. Emergencies had a narrow escape in saving my life. Since then I have everyday capsules of Chanca Piedra + Lemon + Apple Cider Vinegar, and my kidneys are now totally ok. God bless and have a happy new year.
Had my first stone in the US Army and had to have lithotripsey. Since then, I’ve had upward of 30-50 operations and many, many more stones passed naturally. One surgeon went in to clean one kidney out of stones but knicked my renal artery. After bleeding internally and into external bags for a week, I was almost dead. They finally listened and took me through the ER. Several operations later they were able to stop the bleeding and it left that kidney with barely over 20% usage of that kidney. A few years later it started going below 20% and what remained was removed. Stones are real people and they SUCK but then so does a bad surgeon. Potassium Citrate twice a day has really lowered my stone formation.
I have had 7 kidney stones in the last 2 weeks and probably pass 20 or more each year. Luckily the stones I get are very small, smooth, and round, compared to the more crystal-like stones which are way more painful to pass. I started getting stones at the EXACT same time as I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Every doctor I've been to has said there is no connection but I find that hard to believe.
Your blood sugar has to stay under control for sure. Also look up oxalates in food. There's no point in giving your body the stuff to make kidney stones.
Your uric acid levels are too high, you gotta get them down bruh. I've never had a stone in my 2.5 years. I drink 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar diluted with water every day.
I have been forming kidney stones since 26, I am 52 now. I had a stone requiring surgery every 3-4 years. After researching this I'm convinced that the cause of most of the stones is oxalates. After going on a medium oxalate diet [it's not recommended to jump to low ox immediately] for over a year I'm beginning to feel a lot better. My sinuses cleared which helped breathe and therefore sleep better. I no longer get excessive tartar nor extreme weakness. If bacteria are the cause of kidney stones, then why am I feeling better? Oxalates are one of several plant toxins that are present most abundantly in things like spinach, almond, dark chocolate, peanuts, etc. The leading authority in oxalates is most definitively nutritionist Sally K Norton, I highly recommend looking at her videos here in TH-cam and take it from there. Good luck!!!
Yup. I agree. Oxalates cause much disease in the human. And we were fed so much of them. Get into carnivore. Slowly. Watch vids on oxalate dumping and how to control this cleansing.
I admire Dr. Berg and thank him for his excellent and educational videos on health issues that are so important to our health. The Human Body is very complex and doctors do not have time to talk to us the way Dr. Berg does. Kudos to you Dr. Berg. You are very thorough!
That was very informative. I have chronic kidney stones haven’t had them for a while, but I passed two a month for nine months at one time I was deathly ill. I will definitely take your advice. I never want to do that again.
Wow! Dr. Berg reading my mind again. . .. Since 2020 I have been struggling with kidney stones and researching WHY do I keep getting these nasty things? my MD's only answer was" its hereditary" and didn't want to discuss further she was absolutely no help at all. I have pain in my joints too and wondered if there was a correlation to my kidney stones and Dr. Berg totally answered my question . Dr. Berg do you realize how many people you help everyday?!. THANK YOU and Merry Christmas to you and your family 🎄❤
Thank you! Everything you described applies to my mother. (caretaker) She just had gallstones removed last week and one was 10mm! They had to use a “balloon” in two areas due to her diverticulitis. She doesn’t drink enough water which drives us loopy. She has sinus issues, stress from the loss of her daughter (2019), poor diet and ulcers. She’s also a cancer survivor. Will do my best to help change her habits as much as possible. You’re a wonderful Dr. and person. Wishing you a wonderful Holiday Season and New Year.
I have had 1 very painful kidney stone years ago and passed it by drinking large amount of water. My sister gets them often and I will pass this on to her also. Thanks Dr Berg.
I was diagnosed with graves thyrotoxicosis an autoimmune condition in 2018, but I was diagnosed with primary hyperparathyroidism in 2004, the I passed my first kidney stone a couple of years later, but we're discharged after my calcium returned to normal, passed several kidney stones and have a gall stone to.. I passed my last one in hospital in 2019 2 months after my thyroidectomy, then got diagnosed again with primary hyperparathyroidism through blood tests in 2020, but again endo won't treat me, I've now seen a private parathyroid surgeon who as identified a nodule in my neck, but you suprised me when you mentioned calcification of the joints ect, because I have calcification of my knees, ankles, and heart, calcified tendonitis in my shoulder, have tinnitus, bad eyesight lost around 5 teeth so far and have ostiopein in my spine and thigh bones, I was rushed into hospital in 2015 with stomach/bowle problems vomiting blood passing blood , I was put on high amounts of introvenis antibiotics, I couldn't stop vomiting even after 6 days, I begged the specialist to take me off the antibiotics, when he did I recovered, I got a bad chest infection in 2018 GP gave me antibiotics oral...I vomited them back and discontinued them, I recovered from the infection by myself, I've since found out I can't stomach antibiotics in any form🤷

Very useful treatment of kidney stones is CYSTONE a Himalaya herbs: Dodymocarpus pedicellata, Saxifraga ligulata,Rubia cordifolia,Cyperus scariosus,Achyrantes aspect, Onosma bracteatum,Vernonia cinerea,Shilajeet and Lime silicate
Dr. Berg's timing nails it again! I passed my first stone at age 17. Passed two more, later on. I believe there's another one on the way and I used to believe it was from drinking sodas (not just sugary but sugar-free ones, too). What helped me pass them, I believe, was strong cranberry juice & lemon juice (both with enough water), beet juice, and asparagus water. (The beet juice, however, might have too much sugar but it was available.) Raw garlic does help, too -- and avoiding junk food. That aside... I hope everyone reading this has a happy and healthy Christmas & a wonderful New Year. Thank you for so many helpful and awesome videos, Dr. Berg.
Add this to your life on a regular basis....just tart cherry...it reduces inflammation big time.....in the whole body and dissolves uric acid also....but is a life saver for the body....Merry Christmas and stay safe and warm out there.....
Wow this is amazing! So happy I found this channel and all you amazing ppl here as well, because I too suffer from kidney stones. They are so awful and I wanna faint from them. Thanks for the advice!
This is great knowledge. I’ll pass this on to a friend. She is a young 50 year old and was diagnosed with 6 kidney stones a month ago. Was in the hospital for a few days. She needed surgery. As of today she still has 1 or 2 left. I cannot imagine even having one of these much less six. Thanks Doc.
My very first experience with kidney stones was in August of 1978 and by January of 1979 they were surgically removed. That was only the beginning, however, because since then I have developed stones no fewer than 22 times - passing some and having some removed by cystoscopy. Needless to say, the chronic problem started to affect my kidney EFGR reading. Previously, all I was told was to drink plenty water daily. Within the last two years I started seeing a Nephrologist who put me on Potassium Citrate twice daily. Dr. Eric, I truly appreciate the information you bring to the public. Be blessed Sir and have a wonderful holiday season.
I’m currently living with a stent jj stent inside,it was put a week ago,the pain was so unbearable during the first 1-4 days I couldn’t even sleep I will have to visit the hospital again on the 11th of October so that the break the stone which is 13mm i can’t wait to get this over with so that i can go back to my normal life again.
I’ve had more than 20. I also have arthritis degenerative disc disorder and fibromyalgia. I’ve lost all my teeth. Among many other health problems. So this makes sense to me.
You might also want to add for inflammation and it dissolves uric acid also ..just tart cherry...tons of benefits to the body....good luck.. Merry Christmas and stay safe and warm out there ...
This is fascinating! My entire life I’ve taken so many courses of antibiotics. Strep throat, tonsillitis, sinus infections. I had kidney stones as a teen, then again in my 40’s. My stones were calcium (not oxalate). I stopped taking any and all calcium supplements. I’ve cut way back on oxalates too just in case. I’m on a low carb diet and haven’t been on antibiotics in years.
K2 and boron…u will be amazed at what improves after a few months of taking them…it’s been a year or so since I started and I feel miserable from the symptoms of my body fixing itself but…I’ve healed so much…my eyesight! Hearing is improving…skin clearing up…my hair is so thick and other then the white from where I lost my hair…my hair color is turning from grey and white to blonde again! My skin doesn’t look as old…I’ve struggled with undiagnosed issues most my life…uninsured most of my life lol….and now fear of the treatment protocol they’ll demand I be on keeps me away…if it ever needs to be diagnosed then maybe but I’m hoping to have this cured within a few years time and be back to homeostasis
I am surprised that you did not mention avoiding high oxalate foods. After passing a kidney stone where the medical community offered no advise on how to avoid every developing another one, I did a lot of research and found that high oxalate foods are the cause. I eat a very healthy diet due to not having a sense of taste, smell or hunger, all of which I lost after suffering a TBI. So, I only ate to fuel my body and the foods that I chose where all of the super foods that are also high in oxalates. Thank you for this information.
I know you won't listen but I hear you I have stones too- but avoiding these VERY BENEFITICIAL foods isn't the answer. Work on building digestion, and lemon water/citrate. Do avoid spiinach it's super high in oxalates, but eat your greens. Look at studies of long lived folks around the world....
Recently, I went through gout, Arthritis type symptoms that attacked my left, big, toe joints. I started taking a cherry juice capsule and reducing red meat intake. I didn't notice much change. The pain was debilitating. I bought a uric acid flush and also started apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, honey, water drink two times daily. I noticed horribly foul smelling bowel movements and a sudden improvement in joint pain reduction. My urine went from a dark, foaming to a clear and no foam.
I just love the way Dr Berg explains a health topic. Even the most layman can understand his explanations. He's truely a 'Health Prophet'...that's what I call him!
Thank you Dr. Berg! Wish these videos were around when I had my first kidney stone and issues at 25. I went through a whole lot of horrible things til one of my kidneys had to be removed. Now I try to take care of myself better especially because I only have 1 kidney left.
@@gguerrero4769 yes but nowhere near the amount I had in my left kidney for a little over 20 years. I take cranberry pills every day and if it gets bad I drink cranberry juice right away which knocks out any kidney infection and stone right away. I'm a stone maker. I have gallstones too.
Did a dry fast, kidney stones stabbed me in the lower back on Day 6, had to stop. Now that I know it's caused by a bacteria, I can prepare properly and give it a better go. Thank you Doc!
Thanks for all the videos Dr Berg. I look forward to see new video updates and be educated on any topics. My intermittent fasting + keto journey has began mid 2022 after watching many of your videos. I’m so glad I’ve started it. Before then it has never been my concern but I was getting sick of bloating and the crash in the afternoon. The benefits I’ve gained from it are feeling great everyday, a lot less bloating and fluid retention, mental clarity and focus. Also enjoy more on meal prep and cooking since I can have 2 meals without snacks in a day. Thank you so much for producing wonderful videos that benefit everyone. I’d love to see collaboration of you and Dr. Andrew Hurberman. I think many of viewers would enjoy.
At age 45, I suddenly started getting occasional kidney stones. Nothing changed in my diet or lifestyle. The only difference is that I started taking the Bactrim antibiotic about once a year. I was taking Bactrim because I would get "traveler's diarrhea" each year during my annual Mexico vacation. I had read Bactrim helped this. At the time, I was able to find an article online that said it was one of the possible side effects of Bactrim. Since then, I have noticed that I tend to get kidney stones after taking any type of antibiotic. I mentioned this to my urologist and he thought I was crazy.
@@Drivenwithambition Once you get accustomed to fasting, there's no stress, it's easy-peasy. Especially since we are blessed to live in a time when food is always available and we have the comfort of knowing we can end our fast at any moment we want.

Chanca piedra works wonders. First kidney stone I had was around 5 years old. The doctors didn’t know what was wrong with me. Went to specialist to specialist, blood work after blood work. I was in so much pain as a child. Finally went to see a gastroenterologist and he told my mom I was fine on his end but said my symptoms sound like kidney stones. To get that checked. Thank God for that man. My pediatrician said they never thought a kid could have a stone. An ultrasound or two later I got a kidney stone the size of a dime. Had to have two laser surgeries. By this time I’m 10 years old. Calcium stones. Fast forward to an adult Had a couple run ins with stones since I was a kid. But managed to Pass by drinking a ton of water. But one time after that I go to urgent care because the pain is so bad. A stone again, I know. But this time a friend recommends stone breakers or chanca piedra. That stuff is a miracle worker. Took away the pain. And I’m assuming the stone because I haven’t had any trouble since. I take it any time I get that dull achey feeling of a stone coming on. Stuff works great!
Dr berg, you're hitting on all points with me. I just discovered that I have a small kidney stone. Along with that I have a tartar formation on my teeth which will not go away. On top of that I just learned that my gallbladder is full of gallstones. This all spells calcium. I'm going to jump on this program immediately. Thank you again.

Amazing information! I have had 4 kidney stones in the past 15 years. The last one in Dec 2019 was 1.2 cm and had to be extracted. Thankful that it was taken out instead of being pulverized after hearing about the infection risk. So i have some experience and i can say with 100% certainty that drinking lots of water does NOT work! I’ve been drinking 2.5 liters of water a day for many years and still form stones. I’ve discovered that the opposite is actually true. If at any point during a day you become slightly dehydrated then your kidneys tend to expel any stones but if you drink lots of water they do not get expelled. Example: don’t drink water in the morning and then do an intense workout and you will expel stones within 24 hours guaranteed. Stones can’t form that fast so this means they were formed previously. The momentary mild dehydration and exercise act to expel them. I can also promise you that bottled lemon juice is 100% NOT effective! I have been drinking huge amounts of bottled lemon juice with my water for years and still formed stones. The lemons MUST be fresh or the citrate pills seem to work much better. Also i recently began taking citrate supplements because i don’t believe that you can obtain enough citrate from lemons to have any significant effect of the stones. However, Dr Berg is 100% correct about the detox side effect from using citrate. After about 10 days i became VERY sick to my stomach with diarrhea and intense stomach pain and i felt terrible. I stopped the citrate pills and fasted and i was fine within 24 hours. Now I’m starting the citrate again but a MUCH lower dosage. I also don’t believe the garlic has any significant effect on these microbes because I’ve been eating garlic religiously for years with every meal and i still produced stones. I believe the citrate supplements are the secret key to expelling the microbes and to prevent stone formation. And i also can confirm that my knee joints started getting stiff, my eyesight became worse at the same time my body was forming stones. I never thought about it before but he is 100% correct!

Dr. Berg, I just had to have a kidney stone removed. I have arthritis in some of my joints, had sciatic nerve pain so dibilitating they had to treat with pain shots & antibiotics (yuck, I knew that was havoc on my kidneys) have had cataracts removed, on the border of high blood pressure and have had high cholesterol since forever. I'm 5'8", 155 lbs. Your video just put this altogether and helped me to see how it's all lonked up. Thank you for knowledge. Why doesn't my urologist know this stuff. I need to know more about potassium citrate. Can you use just plain garlic???
Great info! For anyone that's had kidney stones the pain alone is reason enough to try this. I've been told by several women that kidney stone PAIN is Worse than Labor pains, and I believe it.
@@Drberg (QUESTION)- so taking in this new information, would you still recommend taking Prebiotics/Probiotics/Digestive Enzymes to combat kidney stones or no?..
I’ve had two of those bad boys! Talk about ‘Misery dipped in sheet’ painful as hell! Have had many docs tell me they are more painful than giving birth. Someone sent me a balloon that said “Congrats, it’s a stone!”
Wow!! Thanks Dr Berg! I think you just diagnosed some of my problems. I had hyperparathyroidism, not caused by an adenoma, but caused by 4 gland hyperplasia. 5 years ago 3 of those 4 glands were removed but I still have elevated calcium from time to time, not dangerously high like before, but still too high. I had everything you mentioned too; kidney stones, cataracts, clogged arteries, constipation, etc and after everything I went thru, it still seems like nothing is getting these issues under control. Maybe now I have an answer. 👍

I suffered from a kidney stone a few years ago and I can attest to the fact that a lithotripsy treatment doesn't always work. The specialist had to surgically remove the stone, which was caught in the ureter about one inch from the bladder. It was not a pleasant experience at all. Even worse were the painful bladder spasms I had once the catheter was removed a few days after surgery. Definitely not something I want to go through again :(

After my experiences with antibiotics, it should be labeled a Class 5 drug. While it might be necessary for a dire case, it should not be used for every little thing. In my experience, the MDs handed it way too much. They have known since they first unleashed it that it caused problems straight away. 1940s.... Excellent video, many thanks.
Doctor you are absolutely right. I have experience of kidney stones, it was very painful. I went to my doctor he gave me pain killer and advised me to drink lots of water. Pain didn't go. I was in severe acute pain condition. Then my wife advised me to try home remedy of concentrated lemon water. After taking few glasses of it, my pain started to get milder and milder and finally vanished. Lemon is rich in citrate. 🍋🍋🍋
I just had my 3rd cystoureteroscopy laser lithotripsy surgery this year (16mm, 11 mm, 9 mm). I have kidney disease (PKD), a history of years of antibiotics from lyme, newly diagnosed athrosclerosis, terrible bp (250/140 range w/o meds), tinnitus, and a 30 yr history of kidney stones. Allopurinol, chlorthalidone, & chanca piedra have shown subtle results at best. Thank you for real answers. Everything you said makes sense.
As a young girl i had renal colic with cystitis several times.I have never experienced such severe pain .And i’m a pain taker. The matter was resolved but I remember very well that evil.Great video Dr.Berg👏Thank you and Merry Christmas 😍🙏🫶
Dr. Berg this is very informative. As a "stone former" I have had many stones; Lithotripsy and was prescribed a diuretic years ago. I read recently that long term use of diuretics may in fact increase your chances of creating stones. Could you address this phenomenon? Clearly all of the side issues you mentioned, tooth plaque, Atherosclerosis, and kidney stones run in myself and my family. It makes sense to me to practice more natural practices and habits for future prevention to avoid further problems and procedures. Thank you for sharing your expertise.

U not alone am here peeing all day it hurts feel someone cutting by razor 🪒 inside penis head
Doctor, I have a kidney stone of 6.2 mm what should I do. Will it pass?
It's all tudca supplements made from animal bile.? Is there something we can get without having to use bile of a bear or an ox?
Dr. have you examined the ingredients of low sugar Monster energy drinks?
Interesting info. I've had stones several times over the years. Really painful. I'm going to buy some lemons like you suggest.
@@namvet1968 Good luck! Apple cider vinegar works too. Make sure to get the kind with the mother in it if you try that. I like the Bragg brand but I have bought others too.
Great info, thanks for caring.
How to help prevent kidney stones:
1. Drink 2.5 liters of fluid per day
2. Take calcium citrate and consume lemons
3. Take potassium citrate
4. Take garlic
5. Get on Healthy Keto® and do intermittent fasting
6. Decrease stress on yourself and your microbiome
Before using any natural remedies to break up biofilms, take TUDCA and have activated charcoal on hand.
Thank you Dr Berg! 🐱👍🏿
I wonder why he recommended calcium citrate as well? He also mentioned potassium citrate which makes sense.
Chlorine dioxide destroy biofilms
That much water is not good for everyone. People who suffer migraines need more salt than those who don't have migraines. Water dilutes electrolytes, including salt/sodium.

From my research it appears that scientists have disproven the nanobacteria theory and have since updated the scientific terminolgy to specify these protein-minera; formations as being non-living nano-molecules formed from biomineralization rather than bacteria. I recently found kidney stone of 2 mm and doctor told me to not to take lemon and cirtruis food.
Drink lots of lemon or lime water, especially in the morning and at night...citric acid I read helps to dissolve them

What do you mean passed? What happened
Absolutely..people need to listen to just one TH-cam interview with SALLY K NORTON and they would understand. Dr Berg?

It’s all about creating a good homeostasis microbiome! Nano= 1 Billionth of a meter in size
Can I just say, "Wow". Physiology is unimaginably amazing!
And all seed oils

Red meat does not cause gout. Carbohydrates do. I'm glad you found something to help, but red meat is not a reason for developing gout.

My wife and I, without thinking, follow all of the noted steps to eliminate kidney stones. All of them - not so much fasting, but we eat well anyway. We've never had problems, before or after we met, with stones or calcifications of any sort. Now, I know why.
BTW - we tried the skin tag remedy in another video. Worked within one day. Garlic and Iodine. Go find that video if you have tags.

Extremely painful. My son and granddaughter have them too😢 will definitely pass this along. GREAT DICTOR
Fast forward to an adult
Had a couple run ins with stones since I was a kid. But managed to
Pass by drinking a ton of water.
Amazing information! I have had 4 kidney stones in the past 15 years. The last one in Dec 2019 was 1.2 cm and had to be extracted. Thankful that it was taken out instead of being pulverized after hearing about the infection risk. I was also a competitive weight lifter in my younger days and now have joint osteophytes and osteo arthritis. It all seems to be linked. Dr. Berg has given us 1000x more information than the " medical profession ".

Look up oxalates in food. There's a more straight forward dietary issue that has nothing to do with microbes.

As an Ophthalmologist of 37 years I can tell you cataracts are not caused by calcification. As a kidney stone patient, I will verify that they are awful! A superb parathyroid tumor center is in Tampa, run by Dr. Norman.

Very glad to be of help.
I’m a chronic stone former. I had 2 surgeries to remove large ones and I’ve passed over 300 stones.

Wow!! Thanks Dr Berg! I think you just diagnosed some of my problems.

Dr. Berg this is very informative. As a "stone former" I have had many stones; Lithotripsy and was prescribed a diuretic years ago.
