This does work. I found the same technique by laying over my toilet. I was throwing up from the pain and exhaustion took over and I laid just like he did and had some relief, not total. I did the same posture on my kid’s bean bag chair. This saved my back, u get support much, much, more comfortable. Amazingly I fell asleep and woke up with the stone passed.

25, female with history of kidney stones: I tried your move and yes it works, only tip I would add is don’t use a heating pad before you do the move or it won’t work and you will have to wait till you are regular temperature to redo the move.

My stones dont hang up in the kidneys but up front mid belly area always on left side. Usually takes 3-5 days to pass. Only relief i can get is to use a 2 cup glad style screw on cap storage container slipped under a belt and sinched up to push what ever it is partially out of the way to make the pain just tolerable untill it moves. Just had a round of 5 in 4 weeks after a year or more of none. Glad to hear so many have found relief from your suggestion.

I can’t believe this is working. I just had two stents removed about 90 minutes ago. The doctor told me I could expect some discomfort and to treat it with ibuprofen for a couple of days as necessary. Sure enough when I got home and the pain was coming on somewhat reminiscent of a kidney stone. OMG!!!! It is 12:30am. 9/16/23. I knew this morning I was getting a kidney stone but around 9:30pm the pain started getting sever. I vomited 6 times between 10 and midnight. At 12:15 I looked on TH-cam to see how to ease the pain of kidney stones. I found your video first. I thought…….ok, mr. I’ll try it. Did your position for a few minutes. Went straight to the bathroom and passed a stone. Not a hard solid stone like usual it was a sandy mass but the pain is gone, thank god. I really can’t believe it!! I hope others read my comment and get the same results. It was like a miracle. I’m not kidding.
I tried this last night! I was able to get some sleep. Just left the Dr office she gave me meds and will let me know results today. I may need more test. It really helped me from going to ER last night. I love the introduction in your video. We are in the process of selling my dad’s tools. Severe stone pain came to me last night. I was puzzled between driving to hospital or try this trick again , due to severity . I decided to give this remedy a chance first. OMG!!!! It is 12:30am. 9/16/23. I knew this morning I was getting a kidney stone but around 9:30pm the pain started getting sever. I vomited 6 times between 10 and midnight. At 12:15 I looked on TH-cam to see how to ease the pain of kidney stones. I found your video first. I thought…….ok, mr. I’ll try it. Did your position for a few minutes. Went straight to the bathroom and passed a stone. Not a hard solid stone like usual it was a sandy mass but the pain is gone, thank god. I really can’t believe it!! I hope others read my comment and get the same results. It was like a miracle. I’m not kidding.
I've randomly had those cool chill sensations going down my front and sides too and I often wondered if it is my kidney stone moving.
I tried this last night! I was able to get some sleep. Just left the Dr office she gave me meds and will let me know results today. I may need more test. It really helped me from going to ER last night. I love the introduction in your video. We are in the process of selling my dad’s tools. I’m keeping older tools and have them in a wooden carpenter’s tool box. We haven’t even begun to dig. Part of me is sad to see them go but they are being sold to family that I’m close to. When you’re in pain you will try anything. I’ve never had a kidney stone before today, but today I had major pain in my lower left back that I was shaking due to the pain. Came to TH-cam for some help and I’m so glad I found you and this position. THANK YOU!

Severe stone pain came to me last night. I was puzzled between driving to hospital or try this trick again , due to severity . I decided to give this remedy a chance first. I stayed in this position 20 minutes *DRINKING WATER* . Sure enough , when I stood up pain had diminished , and I went straight to restroom to urinate. Pain went from 100% to 3% , and 1 hour later to 0%. Thank you man, again for this remedy.,
