    This workout targets the waist and abs using cardio & toning exercises. Get a smaller waist by increasing your calorie deficit & performing waistline toning exercises. A caloric deficit will lead to fat loss, including belly fat loss! Do this 30 min ab home workout for a smaller waist & flat belly/flat stomach. This is a moderate pace Standing Abs Cardio Workout. Use it to learn how to control your core muscles. Take slow and controlled moves while keeping your abs contracted (tucked in) throughout this entire workout. Really focus on feeling the exercises in your core! You can do this workout for 14 days and create your own challenge, to help you include more core work in your routine!
    This workout will target the entire core from a standing position leading to stronger muscles and a tighter waistline.

    Hi ... this was the best exercise for me... i lost 5 pounds ... and it work out for me, my 34 waist become 28😍 and i cant believe it, it works... but ofcourse you need extra diet for the best result... thank you so much ... looking forward for another routine exercise... love you

    Day 1 of small waist challenge done.....will be doing the 30 days small waist challenge. Don't let this one fool you!!!! It will make you sweat!!!! The finisher at the end caught me by total surprise. Loved it!!! Thank you for the amazing videos.

    Hello Liss, after following your channel for a long time, I've recently started doing your workouts in my weekly schedule! I'm currently healing a left tennis elbow and did this one this morning!
    Absolutely loved all the low impact moves! I skipped the 10 sec rests and started the next move while it was previewed instead!
    The video shows Section 4 was labeled as Cool Down but actually was more work! Section 5 was the actual cool down!
    Some of the moves were new to me and loved them all!
    And the warm up and cool down were just perfect!
    I can't wait to do your strength workouts again!

    I just found your channel and did this workout today! I live on the second floor and have hard wood floors so I'm excited to work out properly without disturbing my neighbors downstairs.
    Also, I am going through perimenopause (ladies - especially you young ladies - pay attention) and found my waistline expanding even though I wasn't gaining substantial weight (4lbs in a year, not bad). And I just saw you have a 30-day slim waistline challenge. I am ALL IN to get my body back!

    Been doing this for 3 days, twice a day. Just fitted into a pair of shorts that I haven't worn since last summer. Also lost 3lbs. Cut out all junk and alcohol. I'm defo sticking with this.

    The first time I did this, I could only last 16 mins. It looks easy in the beginning but gets quite intense and you can feel it in your waist. I lost 2 Kilos in just a week's time. It's perfect for quick results. Thank you so much.

    The best workout I've found in a long time! Before that, I had a break in sports. But I did everything from start to finish. I was sweaty all over, but I didn't get irritated because of the exercises that I can't do. Because everything is accessible and understandable. Everything is simple, but effective. And at the same time varied, and therefore not boring. Great lesson structure and great performance. Sometimes the coach's smile wouldn't let me stop!

    Looks easier than it is. I used to do a lot of jjumping routines but thought I’d try a non jumping routine to give my knees a rest. It’s amazing how much you can still sweat even doing low impact. I think it’s the keeping of the arms above your heart that makes these exercises effective for cardio.

    I have probably done this workout at least 20 times. It is fun and I especially like how the music and beats will change during each exercise. Even if you are not looking at the screen you know when to go on to the next session. Good work on this and I like the music also.

      Doing is workout is very good of burning fat and weight loss🎉🎉🎉Get healthy and fit! Risk at catching diseases would go away because of this aerobic dance. Mom does this everyday while I don’t because I lost a lot of weight at school but anyways we could get healthy! No exercises equals easily catching diseases and dangerous viruses! So do exercise and keep healthy! #gethealthy

    Ich finde deine Übungen in dem Video soooo super. Ich habe sie zum 2. Oder 3. Mal gemacht und habe herausgefunden, dass ich über mich hinausgewachsen bin!!! Das ist echt Wahnsinn! Ich gehe mal davon aus, weil ich in den letzten 2 Wochen auch viel Gitarre gespielt habe, als ich krank war, und jeden Freitag Gitarrenunterricht nehme, das es daher kommt. Es tut mir einfach wahnsinnig gut! Aber auch deine Übungen helfen wahnsinnig gut für das Selbstvertrauen!!

    So thankful for this workout series. I’m 61 and I need to exercise but I need it to be doable for my knees and shoulders and I need cardio. This ticks all the boxes. In a few months I’ll post before and after photos because after 10 days I can already feel a difference in my clothes

    THAT FINISHER THO 🥵🥵🥵 I can at least say the last 7 months or so I’ve definitely developed more of a booty & I’m not mad about it! 🤣☺️ also I really feel like my core is getting stronger which has been really helping my back injury I sustained in November. I am so in love with your channel!

      Yes the finisher was harsh on legs but I need to work them out and weight doesn't help it was a little up from rest of workout but not complaining loved the workout it was steady and didn't tire me out but had a good workout

      @@nolwandledlamini8027 hi! So as someone who has been recovering from several eating disorders for 8 years now, I no longer look at my weight. I will say I’ve been doing her workouts for over a year now & I am much HEALTHIER! Did I lose weight? Probably. But more importantly I can run with my kids, play tennis & soccer, do Kung Fu, all way more easily.
      I’m sorry I can’t give you a better answer. If I had changed my diet, I probably would have lost a lot of weight with her workouts. But she made me healthy & is the only TH-camr I use now! ♥️

    Trying this exercise for 2 weeks
    Day 1 morning:I stopped at 23:19 but I feel good and I love this already it makes u feel good instead of tired!weight:177.6 coming back tonight or tomorrow
    Day 2 morning: I did 31 minutes it feels like the same as yesterday but more worked out then yesterdays morning I love this so much also my weight is 177.6!(Trying with diet!)

    I've been looking for a routine I can do first thing in the morning & came across this. I'm definitely going to try it because comments seem positive. I will post again in 2 weeks with my results. I've tried different ones that are too intense for my level so I'm praying this is abit easier 🙂

    I just discovered this channel and love stuff like this. I have lower back issues (loose SI joints and compression) and can’t do a lot of jumping and things like that. Some of the ab exercises are also difficult because they create compression. This… is perfect!

    I recently sprained my ankle and still recovering from it. Although it is not as painful before, there are certain twists and movements that I need to avoid. However, 2 weeks of physical inactivity is too much to bear so I decided to try this workout hoping it will be ankle friendly and give me the much needed sweat at the same time. I was not disappointed! The workout was great! Very easy to follow, moderately paced and did not strain my ankle at all! I LOVE IT! Thank you so much Burpee Girl!

    Day 1: After the cool down, i was wasted.. 😂 i blow my gut out... but i sweat and heard my heartbeat for the first time in months, and it's like music in my ears... i just finish the slow down when I got my normal heartbeat. Thank you for this.❤ 65kg
    Day 2: didnt blow anything, and being familiarize with the routine, got to correct some of my postures. But my legs and arms were aching and still aching the whole day yesterday and this morning. 65kg.
    Day 3: It's a little bit easier than the first two days now, not catching my breath anymore, but still sweating a lot. Got progress on my form now, recommend to do this in front of a mirror. I can now see when Im out of form, still my thighs are aching the whole day yesterday. 65kg.❤
    Day 4: rested, needed to attend to my child's graduation
    Day 5: another rest, my child had the fever.
    Day 6: continued, sweating my self out again, I was drench with sweat, done it in an airtight room, and i can feel more the burn in my arms.. my body is not aching anymore. 65kg.
    Day 6: miss day.
    Day 7: it gets easier every day. And more of routinary. And that's what i need to overcome. I lose 1kg as of today, and this keeps me going. 64kg.❤

    Great workout. Love the squats towards the end. That way my glutes don't get too sore in the beginning. Perfect sequence! Also very energizing. I want more. Going to do the lazy day / just walking. (I don't remember the exact name) Thank you! 💯🎉🥳

    This was great, although yesterday I did a Rebecca Louise Fitness 'Tiny Waist' workout so I really really really felt this one, lol, and that extra five minutes almost killed me, but thanks, it was a great sweaty workout, 3000+ steps!
