    I’m so blessed to have come across your voice clip! My friends son brought some back the other day & I was shocked that it cost over $25 for a small box! The 1st time I tried them my big brother & I & his wife were returning from Montréal in December & wow I was in happy land! Btw… you are so soft spoken, clear, very easy to understand & the way you add encouraging remarks is wonderful! Gods limitless blessings I pray 🤗… I’m a little’ol Italian momma chef 💃🏼🇮🇹👩🏼‍🍳🤣🥂💯

    You left me feeling like a magician on this one. I enjoyed slaping the dough just as much as I enjoyed bitting into the puffpuff which had a slightly crunchy exterior but super soft and chewy interior. Thanks for sharing ❤️

    Hello. This is a great recipe. I’ve made this numerous times but I only achieve this dough consistency when I use a mixer. But by hand I always always have to use about two cups of water. Also, I use two tablespoons (about 12g) powdered milk instead. Thank you so much for your videos.

    Ola Kiki. Let me tell you...
    I couldn't wait for your reply regarding the milk powder, so this is what i did. I substituted the whole water amount to full cream milk, and then in place of the powder milk, I added nothing and still came out wonderfully tasty.
    Confession, I burned them a bit, and i couldn't squeeze my hand enough to make the same size puff puff as yours, mine came out double the size but the most important thing is that, it cooked well on the inside, i was worried 😢
    Overall Kiki, im super happy with the outcome, im sure I'll do better next time as I'm definitely making puff puff again.
    Thank you. 🎉

    • @thesweet-toothmum4212
      @thesweet-toothmum4212 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Firstly, as someone who has enjoyed making puff puff for years, I will say check your oil. Your oil should be deep and not shallow. If you are using a wide frying pan with shallow oil, the puff puff may end up taking a flat shape but a deep pan gives room for the puff puff to rise and gives it a round shape. Secondly, make sure your puff puff isn't too soft as it may lose its shape when in the oil of it's too soft. I hope I have helped a little.
