SISTER GURL.. YOU ARE AN ANGEL!!! After several failed attempts, I am finally able to make puffpuff...heeey me...making puffpuff. Unbelievable!!! I had given up then I watched this and decided one more time, just one more time!!! It's been successful twice so far! I prefer it with active yeast than instant yeast. Thank you so much for giving me back my puffpuff confidence. I love you.

I made my first attempt at puff-puffs today using this recipe and it was a winner!!! My family enjoyed it and it came out really round. I used a measuring spoon to scope it like you did and it worked perfectly! Thank you Sisi Yemmie ... You rock! 💛💋💋

Sisi Yemmie, so far I’ve tried three of your recipes during this lockdown in Lagos, they’ve been great.
The fried rice was really great and I included fried egg in the recipe for a bit of Ghanaian vibe.
The moi-moi was good as well but I had to use a nylon because all the steaming utensils suddenly became nonexistent.
The smoky jollof rice was good. It was also quite stressful. I didn’t have basmati rice at home because most of my family members are not crazy about it. The blender spoilt during the process but it came out great nonetheless.
My younger brother made puff-puff on Saturday which came out great, when next he is making it, I’ll recommend this recipe.
Sisi Yemmie, please if you know how to make gbegiri, we’ll appreciate a recipe. We’re out of okra, ewedu, egusi and evening efo ingredients.
Thanks for coming through with the recipes! Love you🤗🤗

Thanks for this video. I always have a craving for pastries, but, unfortunately I can't tolerate eggs in any way, type or form. Therefore, I don't like to buy pastries outside. So that makes me become as creative as I can be in making my own pastries and cakes for myself and my kids. They tolerate eggs, but they still always rush my egg less versions when I prepare them. My puff puff never gets done inside, no matter what approach I took. But today, I realized a key point in your video... pastry batter for puff puff should not be runny like pancake batter, but be stiff, yet soft. I made the best puff puff ever today! After the zillionth attempt, I finally got it right today! Thanks to you! I am dancing right now.

Sisi Yemmie is my shero...I have been afraid to make puff puff my whole life. Yesterday my 4 yr old saw this video and insisted we make puff puff. I followed the instructions exactly and aside from the first batch which was a bit funky, I can’t believe I made puff puff... thank thank thanks !!!!!!!

Sisi Yemmie many thanks for this recipe. My hubby loves puff puff so much and although I had a few problems - due to using so much water - I was able to make tasty puff puffs for him. I didn't get the shape right even though I tried your method.
Hopefully my second try will be better.
