This is how I prepare my fried rice. You see this method, it is the best method ever for Nigerian fried rice. It is the Goat of all other methods. This way the rice is well seasoned already and richly flavoured once you fry it in that oil with the veggies in batches
I tried this recipe yesterday, oh my!!!!! The rice was sooo good. I love how the grains stood apart and it was so flavourful. I paired it with your coleslaw recipe you made about 11months ago. It was so delicious
Yooo i have used the recipe.. 🤩🤩🤩🤩 oh my God!!! Listen this has to be the best thing i have ever cooked. Mind you i can barely cook normal rice perfectly yet this one is beyond perfect. Thank you so much❤. Yooo i still can't believe 🎉. Merry Christmas every one. Much love from Tanzania 🇹🇿🇹🇿🇹🇿
Thank you so much for this recipe I have chronic Kidney disease and can't eat so much fancy stuff but this is just right. I unfortunately have to leave the salt but add extra pepper.
Thanks I'm doing this tomorrow. Oh and by the way, I tried your asun jollof rice recipe, it was marvellous. It's the first time ever that I made such unique jollof rice, it made me sooo happy. I've added it to my recipe book. Thanks Kiki, keep doing what you do.
Always willing to watch and learn something, because even though I already cook so well I'm sure there is something new I haven't yet known I might get to learn 🤗 Season greetings 🎉
This is the only fried rice recipe I grew up with. My mom is a fried rice genius and anytime I make it for my friend, they always love it. Well, my mom substituted fried turkey chunks for fried liver and no habenaro peppers. The recipe is the best and yes it lasts for days. The large pot hack is also true. In short, everything is the way my mom makes it. Thank you Kiki for bringing back my childhood memories❤
I cook my fried rice almost like this, and not difference is I add the stock to the rice with the curry powder for more flavour, and parboil my green beans and peas with bicarbonate so they stay green even after reheating
Soooo does ANYONE here in these comments know where she got that rice washing bowl?!? 👀 I am OBSESSED 😭 I almost feel like my rice wont come out as good w/o that bowl! 😂
She used turkey only. But she cooked (seasoned and boiled) some and deep fried which is paired with the rice. And the rest de-boned, chopped, seasoned and shallow fried, that's what she fried and mixed with the rice and veggies. So yeah 2 sets I guess😅
To truly showcase Nigerian cuisine, it's only fitting to use locally grown, raw Nigerian rice when preparing Nigerian fried rice. This is a great way to promote Nigerian agriculture and support the local economy. Let's think patriotism!
And where she is supposed to get "raw Nigerian rice to promote Nigerian agriculture and be patriotic" when she is not in Nigeria. Cook your own and share the recipe on your own channel. Some of you are rude for no reason.

I dont like basmati rice and just wonder why if I used easy cooked rice and add to chicken stock my rice it's like mashes potatoes?
I'm confused, did you cook 2 different sets of meat?
She used turkey only. But she cooked (seasoned and boiled) some and deep fried which is paired with the rice. And the rest de-boned, chopped, seasoned and shallow fried, that's what she fried and mixed with the rice and veggies. So yeah 2 sets I guess😅
