Wow this is amazing, I've been seeing puff puff on videos thumbnails but didn't know it was this. I'm Liberian 🇱🇷 and here we call it Kala and when we're eating it with a stew, we call it Pepper Kala. Beautiful video by the way ❤
I'm not sure about the healthy bit since more oil was put on the puff puff after deep frying it, apparently to keep it moist! That's just too much cholesterol
@@lovelleasante7485 You should know Puff Puff is not buns, Puff Puff tends to absorb oil with or without the addition of oil but it doesn't get to the inside

It should be 11/2 cups milk, not tbsp.

Should put that in the paper towel when it's hot to absorb the oil.
