  • This breathwork and Yin yoga practice invites you to stretch and release physical tension, emotional heaviness, and stress. You will be guided through several different types of breathwork and stretches to bring full body balance to your nervous system.
    Needed:
    Yoga bolster or a couple of firm pillows
    This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
