Causw when you train, you create tiny tears in your muscle fibers, and during recovery, the body repairs them, making the muscles stronger and larger. Ofc it's rare to see results in one time but what she says kinda makes sense
@@notyayanguyen1735 Muscles swell during and after a work out, and can stay relatively pumped for days. Of course when you stop working out, it goes back down to normal.

Day 1 - It didn’t pain much but the next morning, my hip area was paining. Day 2 - Just completed. Still hurts but feels great. Day 3 - Done. Hurts a little.
I'm gonna try this workout! I know i won't stay consistent for so long without motivation, that's why I'm gonna update this comment every time i do it :] Day 1- DONE! it did burn a little while i was doing it, but after that, it didn't hurt at all! Day 2- DONE! My abdomen and legs are extremely sore, and I can barely walk. My legs keep wobbling when I stand, but I can already see some changes! I'm not giving up before I get the results I want! Day 3- DONE! first of all, there is no pain at all. Even while doing the workouts, nothing ached or burned! I can see immense improvement in my waist area and my hips already, and I'm now very much looking forward to how it would be on day 14! Day 5- DONE! gosh this workout is so good! I'm almost getting rid of my love handles, and my legs are getting toned! There's no pain at all, no soreness, no burning, and I just can't help but want to do it for another five minutes every day! Day 6- DONE! I've gotten to a point where if I don't do this every day I feel like there's a huge weight on my shoulders. And yes, I did get results pretty fast, remember, each body burns fat differently. Day 7- DONE! I started doing her 14 day flatter stomach pilates challenge and i gotta say, i felt super sore doing this hip workout. Results are slow, but they're surely there, so please don't give up! Things aren't done in days, they are built and u have to be consistent for months, weeks, even years to get your dream body. However, if you have good genetics it may take weeks rather than months

That just means you’re quad dominant, and not really working the glutes so much. You’ll need to either modify your posture to make this exercise set work, or find an entirely different routine that makes your gluteus medius and minimus fire up properly.

YES, it will work! Please don't push your body much, you will end up injuring it. ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Our bodies touch the floor because of our body type. We are not snatched yet, even if we are it is alright just focus on your breathing and posture.
My hip dips already looks more filled in. My hips definitely did get rounder. They hurt sm though 💀💀 i also paired this with her booty and waist workout so im dying rn my whole body hurts

Just remember your hip size is based on genetics and bone structure. Hip workouts( even with weights and bands) can only build a little muscle

It's not so good working too much on your glutes. Your muscles needs recovery and that's how they grow too 💪🏻

If you have a problem keeping you waist off the floor, will they work if your waist area is touching the floor?
YES, it will work! Please don't push your body much, you will end up injuring it. ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Our bodies touch the floor because of our body type. We are not snatched yet, even if we are it is alright just focus on your breathing and posture.
First i tried this...but the next day I have pain in my stomach...I can't normally do some stuffs like lying in the bed and wakes up ...why ?

My hip dips already looks more filled in. My hips definitely did get rounder. They hurt sm though 💀💀 i also paired this with her booty and waist workout so im dying rn my whole body hurts
does anyone know if the 8-week transformation is just that.. an 8 week course? After you finish the 8 weeks do you start a new 8 week plan with new workouts or? I'm interested in getting the lean transformation unless its only a temporary course that you just repeat

No, it means the shape of your body is like an actual hourglass ⌛️so like small waist and wider hips :)
