    starting this workout!!
    DAY 1- ✅ done!! it was hard at first, but i’m sure i’ll get the hang of it!!
    DAY 2- ✅ done!! felt the burnn
    DAY 3- ✅ done!! going strong!
    DAY 4- ✅ done
    DAY 5- ✅ done
    DAY 6- ✅ done!! starting to see a slight hourglass figuree🤭

    I did this before bed and woke up with more sculpted hips, I was so surprised!! A few days have passed and it's still there. I'm here to do this workout again to keep them there lol

      ​@@notyayanguyen1735taking into account the fact that muscles grow during rest and not only during workouts. Causw when you train, you create tiny tears in your muscle fibers, and during recovery, the body repairs them, making the muscles stronger and larger. Ofc it's rare to see results in one time but what she says kinda makes sense

      @@notyayanguyen1735 Muscles swell during and after a work out, and can stay relatively pumped for days. Of course when you stop working out, it goes back down to normal.

      remember that even if you build side booty muscle, hip dips is actually a lot more about your bone structure than actual muscle ☺

    just finished this workout! been doing lilly's since covid and i've seen many improvements~ with that said i hope you put out a 15-20min booty smasher workout soon! really enjoy the glute workouts

    Day 1 - It didn’t pain much but the next morning, my hip area was paining.
    Day 2 - Just completed. Still hurts but feels great.
    Day 3 - Done. Hurts a little.

    I'm gonna try this workout! I know i won't stay consistent for so long without motivation, that's why I'm gonna update this comment every time i do it :]
    Day 1- DONE! it did burn a little while i was doing it, but after that, it didn't hurt at all!
    Day 2- DONE! My abdomen and legs are extremely sore, and I can barely walk. My legs keep wobbling when I stand, but I can already see some changes! I'm not giving up before I get the results I want!
    Day 3- DONE! first of all, there is no pain at all. Even while doing the workouts, nothing ached or burned! I can see immense improvement in my waist area and my hips already, and I'm now very much looking forward to how it would be on day 14!
    Day 5- DONE! gosh this workout is so good! I'm almost getting rid of my love handles, and my legs are getting toned! There's no pain at all, no soreness, no burning, and I just can't help but want to do it for another five minutes every day!
    Day 6- DONE! I've gotten to a point where if I don't do this every day I feel like there's a huge weight on my shoulders. And yes, I did get results pretty fast, remember, each body burns fat differently.
    Day 7- DONE! I started doing her 14 day flatter stomach pilates challenge and i gotta say, i felt super sore doing this hip workout. Results are slow, but they're surely there, so please don't give up!
    Day 8- DONE! I'm feeling very energized and new, so i did this workout twice today. Whatever you do, do not give up!
    Day 9- DONE!
    Wish me luck 🤞🏻

      ​Things aren't done in days, they are built and u have to be consistent for months, weeks, even years to get your dream body. However, if you have good genetics it may take weeks rather than months

    starting this one ⭐⭐⭐ please remind me I should train everyday..
    edit: wanna do this for 30 day. as a reward I'll (I wish) buy a gym carnet for a 3 months.
    day 1. hmm done, but nothing special, I do something wrong
    day 2. done, I can realy feel my muscles, so good experience!!
    day 3. done 3 times, I love this training!
    day 4. done 2 times, but it's 11 a.m. so maybe I'll do extra ones
    day 5. done!!
    day 6. done and edit: done 2 times today
    day 7. hooray one week! done plus 100 squats!!
    day 8. second half! done plus 130 squats:33 edit: around 200 squats
    day 9. done 2 times, but wanna do extra ones.. 4 times would be perfect. did also a long walk and around 80 squats. edit: 4 times not today, but I did around 160 squats.
    day 10. done 2 times plus around 120 squats, but today burned a lot.. I'm tired and my muscles are, I need some good relaxation yoga like training this afternoon
    day 11. done 2 timessss
    day 12. done 2 times plus around 240 squats, I'm so glad I'm so proud I'm so tired but I love this training
    day 13. DONE GUYS but I’m exhausted I did around 12 kilometers today. can’t belive tomorrow is 14. day. wanna do this training 4 times tomorrow. I feel much stronger than 2 weeks ago and my muscles are so tense (i really like this feeling). I won’t end tomorrow, wanna comment this video at least for 30 days. love u guys

    Just remember your hip size is based on genetics and bone structure. Hip workouts( even with weights and bands) can only build a little muscle

    (I am doing this 2 times a day 1 in the morning and 1 at night before bed im also not on any diet)
    Day 1 ✅️ the burn is unreal for
    something so simple it feels really effective
    Day 2✅️ i am feeling sore but i am hopeful this will work
    Day 3 ✅️ im getting better and im taking less breaks those last workout moves are killer
    Day 4 ✅️ i finally did it with no breaks, i always feel super energized after these as well

      That just means you’re quad dominant, and not really working the glutes so much. You’ll need to either modify your posture to make this exercise set work, or find an entirely different routine that makes your gluteus medius and minimus fire up properly.

    I will do this for 2 weeks (fr)
    Day 1 March 21st- it was ok (not much pain but still some pain prolly wasnt doing it right at first)
    Day 2 March 22nd- It burned a lott but it's worth it (Also I came home late at 12:00 am so I didn't count it as the 23rd!!)
    Day 3 March 23rd- It still burned from yesterday + the pain from today but Im pushing through!
    Day 4 March 24th- Burned a lot but it was fun
    Day 5 March 25 -Burnt like hellll
    Day 6 March 26 - Did it as soon as I came home and though it hurt I tried!
    Day 7 March 27th - burned as usual
    Day 8 March 28th - didn't burn as much as usual
    Day 9 March 29th Did it but didn't feel like documenting it 😭
    Day 10 March 30th- hips r in pain but I can see a lil bit of results (btw I have hipdips so it just means that my hipdips would look less dippy)
    Day 11 March 31st - Didn't feel like doing it until 11:40-11:50 but still did it with pain!
    Day 12 April 1st - Finished it and def having bigger results than the first days
    Day 13 April 2nd - Finished it and it hurt lol
    Day 14 April 3rd- Last day!! Hips r burning but I did it!! I will go on other workouts now! Also I definitely have a big difference than on March 21st!!

    I'm doing this for a while, aiming for around 2 weeks. (While commenting on this, I've already started on day 3) I'm going to try to stay consistent, I've lost count on how many times I've tried before!

    Day 3: ✅️ Obviously, there was no change, but I'm happy with this so far as it's quick and not too challenging.

    If you have a problem keeping you waist off the floor, will they work if your waist area is touching the floor?

      YES, it will work! Please don't push your body much, you will end up injuring it. ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Our bodies touch the floor because of our body type. We are not snatched yet, even if we are it is alright just focus on your breathing and posture.

    My hip dips already looks more filled in. My hips definitely did get rounder. They hurt sm though 💀💀 i also paired this with her booty and waist workout so im dying rn my whole body hurts

    does anyone know if the 8-week transformation is just that.. an 8 week course? After you finish the 8 weeks do you start a new 8 week plan with new workouts or? I'm interested in getting the lean transformation unless its only a temporary course that you just repeat
