Ok I’ll do this workout twice a day for a week and I’ll tell you my process. Day 1- didn’t see much results but only one day. Day 2-seen some results (I’ve been doing the workout twice) Day 3-definitely seen my stomach get flatter Day 4-starts to eat healthier and stomach is progressing Day 5-feels happy, seeing full results Day 6-starts to workout only once to challenge myself, sees results. Ok so I did this about a year ago but I forgot 😭 I’m back and I’m doing this as long as I can! Day 1: ✅ I did I it and It was normal, it did burn in the harder exercises but it was alright. Day 2: ✅ I did I it and it was burning almost the same as yesterday but my bad weren’t sore (they usually are ) and it felt really good when I finished the workout, keep going even tho it gets hard. I do t see a ton of results yet off but today in the morning I did see my stomach was bit more stronger (if u wanna keep track you should look at yourself in the morning before eating ) Day 3: ✅ I did this with my friend that’s why I didn’t update yesterday but I could see the progress since it was harder for her and for me it was easier and quicker to do the exercises, this is why consistency is key . I do t see results YET but it’s gonna be worth it . Doing this workout for 9 days! Day 1✅- completed, i did this with another or lilly's workouts (2 week model abs) and omg, this burns! i didnt stop to have a break once during this, i cant wait to see my results! Day 2✅- completed it again, no breaks. much harder than yesterday because my muscles are sore from working out! this is a great workout and i already know the results are going to be great, i feel much stronger already. i will keep you updated .

Doing this for 2 weeks (frfr) Day 1 March 21st it was ok Day 2 March 22nd- (came home late at 12:00 am so I'm not counting it as March 23rd but It burned but was worth it!) Day 3 March 23rd- It hurt like hell but my stomach definitely feels and looks tighter Day 4 March 24th - barely any pain (noticed a little bit of results) Day 5 March 25 -burnt like helll Day 6 March 26 - I did it as soon as I came home and it burntt Day 7 March 27th - Didn't burn as much as usual Day 8 March 28th - burned a bit 😭 Day 9 March 29th - did it but didnt feel like adding it to the list that day 😭 Day 10 March 30th -painful but finished (def seeing results) Day 11 March 31st didnt feel like doing it so I did it at almost 12 Day 12 April 1st- Finished and it burned but Im def having major results Day 13 April 2nd- felt pain but I finished! @Slayyanishka omg I'm so sorry but I started doing research about excercises like these and I found that they work ur oblique which acc makes ur waist look bigger so I got scared and stopped 😭
@@sealstalkerr oh okay, I understand. :) but personally, in my experience I can see my waist and obliques coming inward from doing these and it's been about 10 times that I've done this workout in 3 weeks. So, for me, I'm not really seeing that, but I hope that you find what works for you! Good luck! ☺️☺️

Last year i was really round and wanted to get better before the start of a new school so it could be better that year and i started doing lily's workouts, they really saved me in just 2 months but you HAVE TO be consistent in it even a few times a week twice a day.

I keep y'all updated how this works for me (I will do it once every day) Day 1: It was a bit exhausting and of course there is no difference yet Day 2: Not as exhausting as yesterday but of course still not much progress :) Day 3: The exercises aren't that difficult anymore! My body hasn't really changed (well its only day 3), but I notice that it seems fitter ^^ Day 4: When I press against my stomach, I can already feel the built up muscles and my stomach has definitely become a bit flatter :) Day 5: Couldn't do it because I wasn't home the whole day (I skipped like a week whoop-) Day 6: I finally see progress and the work out is really easy now as well :)! Doing this for a week or two and seeing if it works!! (While doing another 8 minute workout too and already being skinny) Day 1: ✅ definitely broke out in a bit of a sweat today lol Day 2: ✅ first things first, OMG!! I went on the scale this morning and went from 106 to 105.2!! No visual results yet, but still! Day 3: skipped, was really busy Day 4: ✅ DONE!! Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Week 1 results:
First Day- Felt a burn, but not too bad. Felt it in my lower back and sides of belly. I’m trying to get to a 29 inch waist and I am currently at 31.5inches. Second Day - Easier. On a scale of 1-10, it wasn’t that hard so i’d say a 5/10. I feel the burn in the same places. My waist is still at 31.5 inches. Third Day - Did better, only took one 2-4 second break instead of 2-3 of them.Feel the burn in the same places, and not as hard. Yesterday was a 5/10 and today i’d say a 4.5/10. Waist is at 31.5 inches still. Main changes is that the workout got a little easier. Fourth Day (Early Morning) - Finished the early morning workout around 8:50 am, I am starting to see that my stomach is flatter, and I also lost 0.2 lbs. But, my waist is still at 31.5. Honestly I usually do this workout around 4-5 pm, but I was bored so I did it early. Fourth Day ( Late Afternoon): Finished around 4:58pm. Was slightly easier since I did it earlier this morning. Felt the burn in the same places and surprisingly when I looked at the scale earlier today, I lost another 0.2 pounds, so I’ve lost 0.4 pounds since doing this workout. Fifth Day - Finished around 5:37pm. Did NOT feel like doing this workout today but i did it anyway. I notice my stomach definitely got flatter, and I lost some more weight. At this point I can say I lost about a pound so far doing this workout. Also, I lost almost 0.2 inches off my waist so thats a start. BUT. I should mention that although I did lose a pound from doing this workout, I didn’t used to workout before and I lost 15 pounds just from fasting, and not eating snacks and unhealthy foods.So if you do that while doing this workout, That could most definitely speed up this process. Sixth Day - (Skipped) But I did it twice on the fourth day so this would be considered a break) Seventh Day (🎊1ST WEEK RESULTS 🎊)- First off i’d like to say even after I week of doing this, this workout BURNED. I’d say that I see results as well. My stomach got flatter, I lost 5 pounds, and my waist went down about 0.3 inches. But, I would NOT. say I lost all of the weight because of this workout, I also began to eat smaller portions, or sometimes barely eat throughout the day, such as a fast in a way, so that helped. I’d rate this workout a 8/10 for the first week because the results are absolutely amazing. Think about it, if I lost 5 pounds in ONE WEEK, imagine a month. That’s 20 pounds down, and I would reach my weight goal as well. I will be doing this for another week, and possibly further, so stay tuned for some more results. My waist is currently at 31.3 inches. Eighth Day- (SKIPPED) Ninth Day - Still burned. Waist still at 31.3. I will not be continuing this workout. I’m barely seeing results. My stomach isn’t really getting flatter or my waist getting smaller from this workout. I’m realizing it’s because of what i’m doing. While doing this workout I only lost ONE POUND, but without doing it I lost an extra four.And I barely eat a day, if I do it’s before the workout. SO, i feel like this workout was burning, but I feel like since it was a really short workout it would take months to see results, and I find this pretty pointless if I can lose more weight NOT doing this workout. Pt 2 - i’m dying but im okay😊. My legs are in pain. day 2, pt 3 - decided to do it again! My abs are burning harder than they ever have (my legs too). pt 4 - i could barely do it but i pulled through. day 3 - completed! Decided to only do it once today. Obviously no difference yet:)

I did this for 2-3 weeks and it works. My stomach has gotten so much flatter! I did this and a few other of daisy's workouts and also ate in a calorie deficit. I did this to get ready for the summer and an upcoming vacation. I lost 11lbs and lost 1 inch off of my waist. I ate about 1300 calories a day and skipped the first day of my period and also didn't workout on Sundays.
Been doing for 9 months now, this made my body hour glass but I started eating fast food again so my body has changed a tad. EAT HEALTHY IF YOU WANT RESULTS.

day 1 - core is feeling tired but i completed it yey! my neck feels rly tired too
day 2 - today was more tiring because i went hiking in the morning and i did this with muscle ache haha! but my stomach feels more engaged in the workout today!! i’m really happy and excited for the results after 1 week!
day 3 - today’s workout felt shorter! i think i’m starting to get a hang of it! almost lost motivation today because i just checked the weighing scale and i gained 1.8 kg despite trying to diet and workout the last 2 days.. but got motivation from the community here so i’m going to keep going!!
day 4 - today’s workout felt achieving! past few days i struggled at the straight leg bicycle crunches and changed to bent legs halfway, but today i was able to maintain straight leg throughout that exercise! today i focused on my breathing and i feel that it helped me make the workout feel more manageable too!!
day 5 - todays workout was manageable! but i almost lost motivation to workout tdy..so what happened was , i was excited to tell my parents i was doing workouts and was confident that i probably toned some muscles? i don’t know which part of me was dumb enough to have the sense of body confidence in myself. but anyways, yea they just laughed it off and said i’m actually getting fat and they didn’t acknowledge the fact that i’ve been trying to lose weight for the past few days and i started to cut down on my food intake and as someone who loves food i’ve been feeling really pathetic the past few days because i miss enjoying my favourite food. but i am too desperate and motivated for a slim waist. ok sorry , this turned into a rant session..but yea i feel my abs getting stronger! might continue this even after 7 days!!

Day 1: ✅ I did I it and It was normal, it did burn in the harder exercises but it was alright.
Day 2: ✅ I did I it and it was burning almost the same as yesterday but my bad weren’t sore (they usually are ) and it felt really good when I finished the workout, keep going even tho it gets hard. I do t see a ton of results yet off but today in the morning I did see my stomach was bit more stronger (if u wanna keep track you should look at yourself in the morning before eating )

Day 15: Random question but like am i the only one who's gotten a reduced appetite for food when starting this workout? Like im not starving myself im just genuinely not hungry.

Day 16: OMDSSS my core hurts like shi. Idek why but my abdominal muscles seem to have tighten cause my stomach feels like steel

The workouts ive been doing have really changed my shape from day 1
The workouts haven't gotten easier tho, still hurts here and there
My abs are really forming, my stomach pouch is close to being non existent
And my muffin top is losing the fat (im starting to feel the bone structure of it)
Day 18: I couldn't do it twice today cause I went out with my friends , but I did do it when I came back from the hangout, didn't hurt honestly

Day 28: whatever you do don't eat snacks, I ate a bag of chips and when I looked at myself in the mirror I looked bloated or whatever so I'm cutting myself off completely.

Life update : my arms and legs appear skinny, my mom has realised im becoming skinny and she's worried but it's worth it guys, exercising has led me to a healthy lifestyle im now conscious of what i eat, and i love looking at my reflection, running at my own pace around a 800 m field twice doesn't hurt as it used to❤.
Day 47: done, guys my parents have been complaining about my weight loss 💀
Day 48: donee, people at school are noticing and have asked me if everything's okay at home 💀(my uniform is becoming baggy)
Day 49: my core hurts and feels tight my days. But I can't wait till it's that day where I am 'her' ❤

Day1: Couldnt do the workout with perfect form was struggling by the end had a few second breaks but got through it quite well

First Day- Felt a burn, but not too bad. Felt it in my lower back and sides of belly. I’m trying to get to a 29 inch waist and I am currently at 31.5inches.
Second Day - Easier. On a scale of 1-10, it wasn’t that hard so i’d say a 5/10. I feel the burn in the same places. My waist is still at 31.5 inches.
Third Day - Did better, only took one 2-4 second break instead of 2-3 of them.Feel the burn in the same places, and not as hard. Yesterday was a 5/10 and today i’d say a 4.5/10. Waist is at 31.5 inches still. Main changes is that the workout got a little easier.
Fourth Day (Early Morning) - Finished the early morning workout around 8:50 am, I am starting to see that my stomach is flatter, and I also lost 0.2 lbs. But, my waist is still at 31.5. Honestly I usually do this workout around 4-5 pm, but I was bored so I did it early.
Fourth Day ( Late Afternoon): Finished around 4:58pm. Was slightly easier since I did it earlier this morning. Felt the burn in the same places and surprisingly when I looked at the scale earlier today, I lost another 0.2 pounds, so I’ve lost 0.4 pounds since doing this workout.
Fifth Day - Finished around 5:37pm. Did NOT feel like doing this workout today but i did it anyway. I notice my stomach definitely got flatter, and I lost some more weight. At this point I can say I lost about a pound so far doing this workout. Also, I lost almost 0.2 inches off my waist so thats a start. BUT. I should mention that although I did lose a pound from doing this workout, I didn’t used to workout before and I lost 15 pounds just from fasting, and not eating snacks and unhealthy foods.So if you do that while doing this workout, That could most definitely speed up this process.
Sixth Day - (Skipped) But I did it twice on the fourth day so this would be considered a break)
Seventh Day (🎊1ST WEEK RESULTS 🎊)- First off i’d like to say even after I week of doing this, this workout BURNED. I’d say that I see results as well. My stomach got flatter, I lost 5 pounds, and my waist went down about 0.3 inches. But, I would NOT. say I lost all of the weight because of this workout, I also began to eat smaller portions, or sometimes barely eat throughout the day, such as a fast in a way, so that helped. I’d rate this workout a 8/10 for the first week because the results are absolutely amazing. Think about it, if I lost 5 pounds in ONE WEEK, imagine a month. That’s 20 pounds down, and I would reach my weight goal as well. I will be doing this for another week, and possibly further, so stay tuned for some more results. My waist is currently at 31.3 inches.
Eighth Day- (SKIPPED)
Ninth Day - Still burned. Waist still at 31.3.
I will not be continuing this workout. I’m barely seeing results. My stomach isn’t really getting flatter or my waist getting smaller from this workout. I’m realizing it’s because of what i’m doing. While doing this workout I only lost ONE POUND, but without doing it I lost an extra four.And I barely eat a day, if I do it’s before the workout. SO, i feel like this workout was burning, but I feel like since it was a really short workout it would take months to see results, and I find this pretty pointless if I can lose more weight NOT doing this workout. day 3 - completed! Decided to only do it once today. Obviously no difference yet:)

I did this for 2-3 weeks and it works. My stomach has gotten so much flatter! I did this and a few other of daisy's workouts and also ate in a calorie deficit. I did this to get ready for the summer and an upcoming vacation. I lost 11lbs and lost 1 inch off of my waist. I ate about 1300 calories a day and skipped the first day of my period and also didn't workout on Sundays.

Been doing for 9 months now, this made my body hour glass but I started eating fast food again so my body has changed a tad. EAT HEALTHY IF YOU WANT RESULTS.

DAY 1: i did the rosie graham slim waist+ abs workout before this which was hard at first but i did it twice and it got easier, this workout was lowkey harder yall😭 but i’m gonna do it again
DAY 2: i decided to do this workout and the rosie graham workout in the morning and late at night, and i woke up yesterday it looked like i was seeing results, maybe bc i wasn’t bloating and it was my morning body😭 but some of the steps i do aren’t as hard as they were when i first started but i hope i see results most likely by the end of next week
