I love these videos showing the increases in the horsepower. On my 93 non intercooled engine it originally made 16 lb of boost. I added a fuel pin, ground the inside of the cover and adjusted the spring. I also turned up the fuel screw and added 7 x 11 injectors and the Boost went up to 40 PSI with a huge Improvement in performance. Then I added the timing spacer kit and added the 3200 spring, and the Boost dropped down to about 32 or 33 but still runs great. I have a straight 4 inch exhaust. Kind of wondering what kind of horsepower my engine might be making compared to stock.

I still need to put the injector nozzles I bought from you guys on the spare set of injectors I have for my 1st gen 😅 Fuel pin and screw was enough to make my trans start slipping like mad, that lack of locking torque converter is just... stupid.

You're killing me! I'm so curious what it would have done with a new turbo. I had a '90 I named Frankensmurf. It started out pretty rough too, but after what you did (Except I put DDP 100hp injectors, so I'm not sure how that compares to the 5x14), plus an HX-35 with the wastegate wired shut, I could hit 50+ PSI boost, and I'm pretty sure topped 400Hp. (It did have bigger exhaust, no new pump, and was a Getrag manual transmission). I sold it and warned the guy he needed a wastegate before he blew a head gasket or worse. Unfortunately he didn't listen and 'popped' something two weeks after he bought it. Boy that was a fun truck! If it wasn't for 4 doors and creature comforts, I'd prefer it over my '04.5
People always throw more fuel at these but what you really need is more air/better turbo and play with timing. Sooooooooooooooooo many more mods you can do to bring it to 600hp.

The factory turbo has a non-wastegated housing, so boost was limited purely by fueling.
