    Ohh, such a lovely sequence to close out the 7-day gratitude challenge. Thank you, Bri, for leading us through a delicious, restorative flow. I also tend to hold much of my emotional tension in my hips, so this was much needed (today and always!). I will certainly come back to this, maybe as an end-of-week routine. My body feels washed and light. I don't think I've ever been in such a deep pigeon as I was in today after all the lizard variation work. 🙏 Thank you, Alo Yoga, for this week of gratitude. Much appreciated. Namaste.

    No sun salutations in this one, or any heat building but those hip openers were INCREDIBLE! Wowzers! I have to remember to pull up this sequence when I've been sitting or standing for long periods of time because this class will work wonders.

    This may sound like i am just a whiny person, but i actually shed tears at the end of the meditation. Its really incredible what mediation and yoga can do to you. It were not said tears or anything nor necessarily happy ones. It felt like releasing a knot inside of me. Great videos

    Finally on my 7th day. This week passes through differently, I think because I was looking forward to the assigned routine for the day. I wish there will be more 7-day routines ❤ I loved the flows so much ❤

    Thank you!! That was indeed amazingly restorative. I especially enjoyed the sequence from lizard to side hip opener with the twist, never done that before, what an amazing stretch. Yes, I did have a big smile on my face at the end of the meditation :)

    this is the lest restorative restorative practice i’ve had :( i was confused most of the time for the lack of a sequence... i feel like i didn’t do the same on both sides and i’m tired as in an active practice, i like many other briony classes but this one felt so odd i had to stop midway

    Hey Bri think about hitching your star to a less vindictive brand. Corporations throwing their weight around through the legal system isn't exactly a yogic traight.
