    Enjoying this calm flow. I especially appreciate that you do not talk much during the poses. It allows us to deepen into the poses without distraction. I'm doing this class with you several times a week now. Thank you!

    I love your videos. I am a new Pilates mat instructor and really like how yoga complements the Pilates method. I work as a server for a busy restaurant and was looking for an evening flow to wind down after a long day. This was perfect.

I follow your videos regularly and really appreciate the time you dedicate to reminding people to connect with themselves and to allow themselves time to be restorative - especially since yoga as "exercise" has lost so much of its original intention. This made my body feel beautiful and calm!

    loved this, did a home workout and was planning to do some power yoga or something hardcore but found myself doing this restorative practise and it was just what I needed. also woke up with a sore shoulder this morning so the shoulder stretch and heart opener at the end were perfect. thank you :)

    My body really needed this. And apparently not just my body, since for some reason I started crying at the end...releasing blocks is great. Not sure if I should try to analyse it further or just let it be. Thank you so much for yet another great flow!

      It could be worth journalling to ask yourself what feelings came up, but sometimes it's nice to just let it be and then let it go xx
