I follow your videos regularly and really appreciate the time you dedicate to reminding people to connect with themselves and to allow themselves time to be restorative - especially since yoga as "exercise" has lost so much of its original intention. This made my body feel beautiful and calm!
Cat this was the perfect "getting over covid" yoga session. It was not intense but so body healing and exactly what I needed as I enter recovery after a few awful days. Thank you!

Wonderful 30 min restorative yoga. I'm currently in Thailand 35 degree heat!) and was craving a good stretch without having to get any hotter! Thank you.
My body really needed this. And apparently not just my body, since for some reason I started crying at the end...releasing blocks is great. Not sure if I should try to analyse it further or just let it be. Thank you so much for yet another great flow!

It could be worth journalling to ask yourself what feelings came up, but sometimes it's nice to just let it be and then let it go xx
