So grateful for Alo's free classes. Bri is a phenomenal teacher. FYI she forgot her supine outer hip stretch on the left side, so hit pause when she goes into sleeping pigeon, then join her.

This class was exactly what I needed this sun~rising! Gentle and meditative and the stretches felt amazing :) Much love and gratitude Briohny + Alo yoga crew
That was great. As Bri mentioned at the beginning, it was different in that she usually goes fast. This was a quite different and quite enjoyable! The bast part, I thought, was the stretching and how we got to pigeon pose. This was great. Slowing down also seemed to really give Bri time to explain, demonstrating what a talented coach she is!
Gosh, what a Yummy flow, I feel amazing right now. Did a class with Bri after quite some time and this slow yoga flow was just perfect for me today. Feels lovely even after having done it before. Thanks 🙏🏼❤️
My friend and I took this and really enjoyed it! Thank you for a fantastic nice slow flow. It hit the spot! I'd love to see if you also have any similar slow flow, but an hour long ?
Ah, such a yummy flow, Bri! Thank you for this slow and deep opening sequence. My body always appreciates hip openers at the start of the day. The moving meditation sun salute variations were perfect- sometimes I feel rushed in my breathing when following a vinyasa, but the pace for this flow was more peaceful and well, meditative. Thank you for posting today's spring time practice, Alo Yoga. Namaste. 🙏

this is great but you forgot to do the straight leg twist on the left side before pigeon pose. I thought I was losing my mind! Bri's flows are my favorite
Caution⚠ This is not a balancing flow.There's no work happening and you won't sweat a drop. This is all about relaxing and stretching. I wanted to go off balance today but ended up lying down half of the time

loved 99% of the class. but she skipped the left side IT stretch. where were the behind the scenes people for that one to remind her?
There was a pose missing on the second side. No worries, I've incorporated it. Thank you for the practice.
